Very good fitness room for a hotel, even had a power plate The reception staff were a bit unfriendly, didn't stop having their own discussions when a customer is waiting at the desk. The rooms are a bit old fashioned., Need updating.

Location, efficiency, staff. For a non business traveller the rooms are pricey (20 to 30% too high). Though I stayed several times in your hotel, so did my wife Ingrid, the staff could not find our names in your pc records. Karl H. Jacob

De Locatie naast het ziekenhuis is echt dramatisch, Restaurants in hotel waren dicht ?! alleen een broodje kebab verkrijgbaar. Wij zijn na 1 nacht weer vertrokken.

Dass das Hotel mitten im Zentrum liegt ,trotz dem Verkehr der Strasse man Nachts ruhig schlafen konnte! Frühstücksbuffet war super! Bodenteppich war in unserem Zimmer nicht sehr sauber,im Badezimmer ein wenig mehr Komfort!

Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und sehr ansprechend aufgebaut; die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich Es wird mit der Sauna geworben, allerdings war nur im Vorbereich der Sauna Licht, die Sauna selber und der direkte Vorplatz einschließlich Duschen hatte überhaupt kein Licht. Das Bad im Zimmer entsprach nach unserer Meinung keinen 4 Sternen, ist allerdings ausreichend.

Lage sehr zentral. Zimmer war viel zu laut. 1.) Zimmer zur Straße B27, konnten das Fenster deshalb nicht öffnen. 2.) Die ganze Nacht Lärm aus der Nachbarschaft, gröllende Menschen und laute Musik mit einem fürchterlichen Bass bis morgens 6.00 Uhr.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen,eine Renovierung und Sanierung des Bads könnte nicht schaden (Teppich schmutzig, Duschvorhang, Waschbecken gelblich und mit Spung, Matratze...).
