Great location - a minute from the city center and about 10 minutes from the train station, very nice and clean rooms, good breakfest. Not the cheepest one but gives great value for the money. I recomend !

Too many problems with the WiFi. had to go every day to ask for a new code and on my last evening when I really needed to use the internet in my room, the guy on the reception for some reason wouldnt give me a code,

enjoyed our stay it was that good that I'm going back this year, staff were exerlent and everything is near for the christmas markets and for shopping thourgly enjoyed I would highly reccomend this hotel its worth a ten out of ten

Excellent location in the old city within walking distance to all the interesting sites of the city. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Large room with "sitting area" containing TV and a sofa, gives a home feeling. Very comfortable parking garage.

Wonderful location on the edge of the Alt Stadt. Their parking garage is a definite plus. Garage parking spaces are large by European standards. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and the neighborhood is quiet. The hotel breakfast was very good with many selections.We would definitely stay here again if we return to Freiburg. That is because of the location and the hotel is a good value for the money.

To be honest I found the services lacking for the price paid. I realize Freiburg is an expensive city but it still was not the best price/value ratio.

I stayed in the City Hotel for one night, and found the room to be clean, but basic.

It was also very hot and I couldn't open the window further, plus, it being a Saturday night, it was very noisy on the street below.

It seems to be a family run hotel, the personel was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room is too small, there were not enough places to eat Saturday morning.

Staff was very helpful. Location was great. Rooms were nice sized.

Excellent location, very close to the famous Munster, surrounded by many interesting restaurants, this hotel is just perfect for a little city trip to Freiburg. The hotel is easily attainable: there is even a road sign at the main road leading to the hotel. You even have the possibility to lend a parking lot at the garage of the hotel. We also enjoyed their breakfast, especially the cake they served in the morning.

Freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage, ruhiges Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war super sauber und relativ ruhig. Mit dem Frühstück konnte man wirklich sehr gut den Tag beginnen, es war alles da und ganz frisch. Viele verschiedene Käsesorten und für das Müsli war alles vorhanden. Nur fünf Minuten zum Freiburger Münster, besser geht es nicht.

Da die Lage sehr zentral ist, hat man etwas vom Straßenlärm gehört, da wir am Wochenende dort waren. Aber das ist auch der einzige kritische Punkt, ansonsten war alles wirklich hervorragend.
