The hotel's position is very central to the inner city (Mitte), with the central station (Hauptbahnhof) and another important station (Kroepke) nearby. Rooms are silent. Prices are good.

The hotel is all day long smelly because of the downstairs Greek restaurant. The cleaning, especially in the elevator, is not always the best possible. Rooms are not dirty, but we found at our arrival in the closet two bags full of beer bottles and cans. The overall looking of the building and rooms is not really cheerful.

The staff was very friendly and the service excellent. We were surprised and happy to find a Greek restaurant on the ground floor with excellent food.

There is no telephone in the room. There is no mini bar in the room. There is no room service during the day. The rating should be 1 star.

Clean and a great location. The description on the internet was accurate. Good value for money.

Perfect location, in the city center, 5 minutes from the train station, close to all shopping streets. Hotel staff is polite. Good prices especially if you are travelling family and it's necessary to take 2 rooms. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows.

Breakfast is very modest (minimum, without hot and even no toasts). In the room soap and shower gel were placed only on the first day (from the five days). In our children' room a cockroach was but although generally quite clean.

Cheap and right in the centre of town. Nice big shower and had a hairdryer.

poor breakfast selection, not worth the €5 charge. Also noisy in the morning due to lorries. The bed was really uncomfortable, and would have preferred a double beef rather than two singles pushed together.

This hotel has just opened, and rooms have new equipment. Soon they are going to open cantina.

Breakfast is not good enough, too much sweet:) But it's temporary.

The staff of this family run hotel were absolutely helpfull and very friendly. They waited up for our late arrival and even gave us refreshments on the house. Hotel is recently renovated and clean. Good restaurant below, but there is no smell or other trace in the rooms. Quiet location in pedestrian area in centre of town located close to railway station. On our next visit we-ll stay here again. big flatscreen in the room and wifi.

This hotel is amazing!! Having lived in Hanover for a year I knew roughly of the location of the hotel and thought it looked pretty poor but on a really tight budget for coming back to visit, the hotel was a lot cheaper than every other city centre hotel, so it was chosen for that reason. However once we arrived we couldn't believe our luck at finding such a gem for 30 euro a night! The entrance doesn't give a good first impression but the room is absolutely excellent. Recently renovated it deserves a good few more stars than it has! I imagine it will. The staff were wonderful and friendly, especially considering we accidently broke a shelf in the brand new bathroom, they did not even charge us for it or treat us any different. We will definitely be returning here again and would recommend anybody else travelling to Hanover to do the same. The location is perfect, being a 2 min walk from hbf and main shopping area.

If you stay on the 3rd floor there is a ballet school above but they only practice during late afternoon so if you are out sightseeing you won't even notice. Plus on the other hand it is also a positive as you have no neighbour noise at all at night!

La gentillesse du personnel. On nous a offert le café pour patienter avant d'avoir notre chambre alors que ce n'était que 11h. Excellents Kebabs juste en dessous.
