The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and it was cleaned daily. It is not fancy but it has everything you need, is a good size room, and is in a central location. Very close to shopping, Autostadt, and VW building. The breakfast buffet could have had more variety but it was free and filling. I cannot complain.

Close proximity to the Wolfsburg CBD Pillows were extremely disappointing. The pillows in our room were as flat as a pancake as offered no support.

The hotel was a little difficult to find. Maybe a better description of how to get there of directions should be kept simple/stupid. The map given by the hotel needs to be more accurate and easier to read. Better signage to show hotels existence. Once found, the staff were helpful, the room was very clean and the facility was in a good position to the Volkswagen manufacturing plant.

Ligger lige på gågaden. Skønt at spise morgenmad på deres fortovsrestaurant. Gratis parkering i hotel-baggården, hvorfra der også er en indgang til hotellet.

Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Frühstück. Zentrale Lage Leider sehr hellhörig. Durch undichte Fenster ist der Straßenlärm doch sehr störend.

Äusserst freundlicher Service beim ersten Frühstück, generell freundliches Personal. Extrem kleines Duschbad, altmodische Wandfliessen, billiger und hässlicher Duschvorhang, weiss übermalte Tapeten im Schlafzimmer mit Faltenwurf (anscheinend frühere Vinyltapeten), angegraute Gardinen. Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der positiven Booking.com-Bewertung ausgewählt - dies war das erste Mal dass wir dabei hereingefallen sind.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das sehr leckere und umfangreiche Frühstück wird im total gemütlichen Restaurant angeboten. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren etwas klein und das Bad altersbedingt renovierungsbedürftig, jedoch sehr sauber. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden.
