Good service and professional assistence for travelers who wanted to visit the famous Art Exhibition DOCUMENTA. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Also off street parking available (at 6 euro/day/night)

Good Breakfast On a main Road, Traffic noise if windows opened (quiet if closed) a 10 min walk into town.although it is on a tram route. Having to pay extra to put vehicle in hotel underground garage.

the shower was not good, must repair, the managing people must controlled the rooms before new visitors arrive, the pillows are very old and must renewed, the mini-bar to small, and in the room from my friends didn’t work.

Big one person room, fridge available, reasonable price during Documenta Long hair in the bathroom (mine is 1 mm..) stayed the whole tay.. 2,5 euro for a small bottle of cola is exagerated in this kind of hotel

It's right on the tram line that goes to the train station, and it was in walking distance to the documenta(13) main locations. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast was very nice. They didn't replace shampoo in the bathroom the second day, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Sehr freundliches,hilfsbereites Personal,sehr gute Lage citynah und 10 min zur Autobahn,gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sind sauber,aber Mobiliar veraltet und sollte ausgewechselt werden.Badezimmer sauber,ebenfalls veraltet.Das ganze sollte einen neuen Touch bekommen. Saunabereich echt renovierungsbedürftig
