Staff is quite friendly You expect some more from a 4 star hotel (in Germany, a 4 star hotel is officially considered as '1st class'; 3 star as 'Comfort'). In my opinion it should be 3 star only. You can stay there but rooms need renovation and some more comfort. |

Hotel situated very nicely in the center of town, breakfast was excellent and even variated during our week's stay the restaurant at the hotel was a great disappointment, quality was definately not worth to the price. We were not able to bite through the steaks we ordered. |

The proximity of the hotel to the town is a major plus. It was great beng able to walk to the main attractions and have the hotel as a base. The room we were in was a very good size and had a separate entrance hall and bathroom from the main room which was great when you have 2 adults and a child in one room. The room we stayed in, which wasn't part of the main hotel was quite old fashioned and needed remodernising. The fact that there was no view either, except a brick wall and some houses was a bit disappointing too. |

Location was very good and your staff is excellent No ac and it was hot the week I stayed. Not your fault but more Air Conditioned rooms would be appricated. Your pillows are too soft. |

Nice clean rooms, air conditioning that worked well. Nice friendly staff. The beds were uncomfortable and I hate those big pillows! |

Good location, huge room, comfortable beds, big windows (but bad curtains), good breakfast. No bathtub, no hot water at 6 in the morning, curtains let too much light in. |
