Central location, very close to public transports, walking distance from octoberfest, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and good room temperature. Breakfast could be better in terms of variety and refill. Also, bathroom amenities were very basic compared to the price. |

The room was very clean, parking available onsite, staff was friendly, and they had a great breakfast buffet. Hotel was located centrally within walking distance of everything. I hated the bed. They put two double beds together. I kept falling inbetween them. |

This is the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. The room was spotless and spacious. The bathroom was perfect. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast had great variety and was of high quality. The situation, right in the middle of town is hugely convenient, and although there is a lot of bustle outside, my room was very quiet. Perfect. |

The receptionist who was there when I arrived was exceptionally nice and spoke very good English. I asked many questions and he gave for example good advice where to go to eat (and I ate the best fish dish for long time). Other two personnel members I met were quite silent, maybe their English wasn't so good (?). The room was actually for two persons and it quite large. I enjoyed room a lot, it was clean, light and nicely (although moderately) decorated. The wireless internet in room was free and worked finely. Breakfast was moderate but fine for me. This hotel was very good value for my money. I spent two nights in this hotel and would come back any time. Well generally they could do some face lifting and improve breakfast. However it's fine for me already now. |

The hotel personnel were more than willing to help with my initial Internet connection failures (apparently that was due to my laptop settings, not a hotel WAN issue). Apart from that, the room was spacious, perfectly clean and in a very quiet corner (not in the hotel entrance side)! And more, its location, only a 5' walk to Munchen Hbf and its surrounding department stores and a mere 10' walk to Marienplatz, only adds to its exceptional "value for money" profile. Being a returned customer already, I'd definitely recommend the hotel to all my peers in the job and I wouldn't have a second thought choosing it as my family's accommodation in Munich (4 persons)! Thanks guys for a job very well done!!! |

The hotel is in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and I will be back again. I liked the area, international and a little "racy", with a strip club next door, but that's Munich for you. The staff was helpful and friendly. |

Relativ zentrale Lage, schnelles Check-in und Check-out, ein empfehlenswertes 3-Stern-Hotel für Bahnreisende (liegt unmittelbar beim Bahnhof) Die Garage ist unpraktisch, klein und man ist auf eine Drittperson angewiesen -aber immerhin ist eine Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden - Leider waren die "warmen Speisen" beim Frühstück kalt (Teller und Speisen) |

Besonders die Lage für Bahn-Reisende, die sich einige Tage in München die Stadt mit Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Museenbesuch ansehen oder einfach nur bummeln wollen. Das Hotel selber hat klare Linien, ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Eine ganz banale Sache und kaum erwähnenswert: Das lauwarme Rührei beim Frühstücksbuffet. |

La posizione dell'hotel rispetto al centro città e ai mezzi pubblici, la colazione abbondante, la pulizia e le dimensioni delle camere, il parcheggio sotteraneo (anche se per accedervi e per riavere la macchina era indinspensabile la presenza di un incaricato dell'hotel) Il personale della reception è piuttosto scortese, specialmente se uno non parla l'inglese. |

車で行ったのですが，ホテル地下に専用駐車場があってよかったです。そこから部屋へエレベーターも直結して- いて便利でした。毎回ホテルのかたが誘導してくださいました。とても親切な方でした。部屋も広かったです。- 外見は，古そうでしたが，中はとてもきれいでした。 ロビー周辺が喫煙コーナーだったところでしょうか。フロントの方が吸われていました・・・。 |
