It's a fine place for business people, confortable and clean rooms, but only with bare essentials. Nevertheless it is among few choices if you have to stay in Franfurt Oder.

Mein Dank gilt allen Angestellten des Hotels, es gab keinen Grund zur Kritik, es war eine ausgesprochene freundliche und lebendige Athmosphäre. Man kam sich nicht "lästig" vor. Erfreut haben mich die Seifenspender, sie waren gefüllt, im Bad und der Duschzelle. Die Servierkräfte zur Frühstückszeit rundeten den freundlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel vollendet ab. Wenn man unbedingt ein "Minus" finden muss, hat mir die obligatorische Be- suchermappe mit den notwendigen Infos über Hotel und Umgebung nicht ge- fallen. Einen Aufsteller fand ich in der 401 hinten in der Ecke, doch etwas einfallslos und wenig informativ zusammengestellt. Man sollte eine Mappe, etwas freundlicher gestaltet, als Blickfang dem Gast präsentieren. Dass hin und wieder ein Infozettel fehlen könnte, sollte einberechnet werden. Die Kurzzeitparkmöglichkeit erschien mir sehr beengt. Nach dem Motto "Tür auf und weg " sollte man vielleicht langfristig andenken.

Lage So dünne Hotelzimmerwände habe ich noch nie erlebt, man hörte den Nachbarn in der Einkaufstüte rascheln. Gar keine Privatsphäre.

Wir waren vorher noch nie in Frankfurt-Oder, jetzt aber wegen des Kleist- Jahres 2011 angereist. Das City-Park-Hotel liegt sehr zentral für alle gewünschten Erkundungen. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm und sauber. Der Service ist gut, das Frühstück (Preis separat) gut und appetitlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden das Haus weiterempfehlen.
