Hotel Klein  

The staff performence was very poor and did not have hot water one day and did not do anything about it and we could not have a shower for the day.The receiption did not even feel his resposibility to take any action to put the fault right. After our agruging with him and wastin 1.5 hours going without shower he got up and informed us he had turned the tap on everything will be ok for to-night. Wish he had done this when reported.

the information about free wi-fi was incomlete, because it was free only for 30 minutes!!!!

Stanze pulite, colazione (se voluta) abbondante e ricca, vicino alla linea della metropolitana, non rumoroso.

Un po'distante dal centro: circa 15 minuti (7 fermate di metro), non avendo i balconi la luce filtra e per chi è abituato al buio dovrà conviverci. Per wifi devi sempre chiedere uno scontrino per l'accesso di max 3 ore (3,28€ ma non ho pagato).

地下鉄U7の終着駅Enkheimから徒歩１～２分のロケーション。フランクフルト空港からはSバーンから- U7への乗り換え1回で、乗り継ぎ時間を入れて1時間以内の距離です。町の中心からは約３０以内。周りはの- どかな住宅街で静かに過ごすには快適な環境だと思います。終着のEnkheim駅のHessen-center駅前には大型のショッピングセンターがあり生活するには絶好の場所のようです。 ホテルのスタッフ、特にフロントの男性の方はとても親切で始終笑顔で対応してくれました。初日は朝の8時に- ホテルに着いたのですが部屋は空いているからと部屋に入れてもらえました。長旅に疲れている体にはありがた- かったです。 お部屋は展示会の期間中で、シングルが取れずツインでしたが、総じて清潔感がありました。小さいながらもバ- スもあり、熱いお湯も十分に出ます。排水もOK。お部屋も広く、快適な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 朝食は別料金でバイキングです。ブレッド、スクランブルエッグ、ぼいるどエッグ、ベーコン、シリアル、数種- 類のハム＆チーズ、フルーツ、ヨーグルト等。

シャワーの切り替えスイッチが故障していました。その為バスタブへお湯をためる際にはシャワーの状態でお湯- を溜めました。結果として、冬場の乾燥に対し、加湿機のような役割をしてくれたので積極的に使いました。な- ので問題はなかったのですが、出来れば修理しておいた方が良いと思います。　ルーム＃305です。

Gostei da relação preço qualidade, e o facto de estar junto ao metro u4 e u7 o que permitia deslocar-me aos principais pontos pelos quais fui a Frankfurt.

Freundlichkeit des Personals war absolut in Ordnung. Gutes Restaurant.

Zimmer etwas altmodisch.

nettes hotel, ziemlich preiswert netter empfang, alles in allem ganz gut.

WLAN und Internet nicht muss man vor ort dazubezahlen

Má výbornou polohu, na konci U-bánu a tím rychlá dostupnost komko-li a výjezd na dálnici rychlý bez ztráty šasu jízdy městem.

Koupelna s wc neodpovídají prezentované úrovni hotelu.
