The 3-star Hotel Klein is a 3-minute walk from the Enkheim U-Bahn (underground) station. Trains run to the Frankfurt Messe exhibition center and Zeil shopping street within 20 minutes. All rooms at the Klein include cable TV, a work desk, and a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi internet is available in all public areas. A varied breakfast buffet is provided at the Klein each day. It is a cosy hotel. One of the staff in the reception cannot speak English and speak to us and answer our questions. Although it was written in the description of the hotel that free wi-fi is available they gave us only 30 min free internet after that we should pay 2 Euro for 3 hours!

The staff performence was very poor and did not have hot water one day and did not do anything about it and we could not have a shower for the day.The receiption did not even feel his resposibility to take any action to put the fault right. After our agruging with him and wastin 1.5 hours going without shower he got up and informed us he had turned the tap on everything will be ok for to-night. Wish he had done this when reported.

Near a small shopping centre and super market The room was so small and you can hear every step of your neighbour he makes which wasn't uncomfortable, the 1st night the heater wasn't working in the room, the fan of the bathroom is making a very high noise and it wont stop immediately as you turn the light off it goes on for 15 more minutes it was so far from the fair and also from the city centre.

Good comfortable hotel. Rear to metro station (3 min by foot). Metro line goes directly to the city center and fair. Hotel is good for sightseeing, fair visiting. It was cold in the room during two nights but after we told staff about it radiators were switched on.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, großer Parkplatz. Zimmermöblierung alt und zusammengewürfelt; Luft im Zimmer muffig.

Die Matratzen waren nicht durchgelegen. Es war trotz direkter Straßenlage ruhig. Parkplätze waren zur genüge vorhanden. Es gab genug Ablageflächen. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Besser wäre eine Duschkabine anstatt eines Vorhanges.

Da ich durch meinen Inlandsflug schon sehr zeitig vor Ort war, fragte ich morgens ca. 9.00 Uhr nach, ob ich mein Gepäck schon im Hotel lassen dürfte. Daraufhin überreichte mir die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption die Zimmerschlüssel und ich durfte schon vorzeitig das Zinmmer beziehen.Auch bei der Abreise durfte ich mir sehr viel Zeit lassen,das war sehr nett und ist wirklich hervorzuheben.Vielen Dank. Die Vielfalt des Frühstücksangebots hat mich überrascht, allerdings hätte ich mir einen saubereren Tisch gewünscht.Die sehr freundliche Asiatin schien damit doch etwas überfordert.Die Spuren vom Vorgänger waren noch deutlich zu sehen.

地下鉄U7の終着駅Enkheimから徒歩１～２分のロケーション。フランクフルト空港からはSバーンから- U7への乗り換え1回で、乗り継ぎ時間を入れて1時間以内の距離です。町の中心からは約３０以内。周りはの- どかな住宅街で静かに過ごすには快適な環境だと思います。終着のEnkheim駅のHessen-center駅前には大型のショッピングセンターがあり生活するには絶好の場所のようです。 ホテルのスタッフ、特にフロントの男性の方はとても親切で始終笑顔で対応してくれました。初日は朝の8時に- ホテルに着いたのですが部屋は空いているからと部屋に入れてもらえました。長旅に疲れている体にはありがた- かったです。 お部屋は展示会の期間中で、シングルが取れずツインでしたが、総じて清潔感がありました。小さいながらもバ- スもあり、熱いお湯も十分に出ます。排水もOK。お部屋も広く、快適な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 朝食は別料金でバイキングです。ブレッド、スクランブルエッグ、ぼいるどエッグ、ベーコン、シリアル、数種- 類のハム＆チーズ、フルーツ、ヨーグルト等。 シャワーの切り替えスイッチが故障していました。その為バスタブへお湯をためる際にはシャワーの状態でお湯- を溜めました。結果として、冬場の乾燥に対し、加湿機のような役割をしてくれたので積極的に使いました。な- ので問題はなかったのですが、出来れば修理しておいた方が良いと思います。 ルーム＃305です。
