La posizione centrale, anche vicina alla metro. La disponibiltà e la professionalità dello staff. Il bagnetto era lillipuziano, però c'era tutto. (Tranne il bidet, che in Germania non c'è mai). |

Good location for exploring the city, close to public transport, yet nice and quiet at night. Staff efficient, polite and helpful. Good size room. |

Hotel has a good location, it's with in a walking distance to the center, however,as a turist there is nothing to do on Sundays, everything is closed in Germany and all places like restaurants do remain closed for all day. Thank god for Starbucks coffee, just off the main shopping road. charming city with only down point being deserted on Sundays. not enough english channels on TV, as Sundays are completely dead, the only option is watching tely |

My fourth floor room had no heat and the outside temperature was 0 C. The evening receptionist was very helpful in changing my room after he could not make the heating work. Good breakfast choice. The morning receptionist should take a course in customer relations. He was miserable and held a conversation on the phone throughout my check out. It was all he could do to speak to me when I asked to leave luggage. |

The Hotel Was Clean and Cosy, the Staff are freindly and the breakfast was excellent there was no AC in the Hotel and that wasn\t mentioned in the Hotel page |

Ulkonäöltään vaatimaton, sisältä siisti ja asiallinen. Ei mitään turhaa kruusailua, mutta kaikki tarpeellinen. Sijainti keskustaan nähden hyvä, lyhin reitti löytyy muutamalla yrityksellä. Kaikenkaikkiaan hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Näkymä sisäpihan rakennustyömaalle ja rakennustelineet ikkunan edessä. |

Hotel est bien situé a 10minutes à pied du centre ville ,dans une rue calme ,bon petit déjeuner . chambre confortable et propre. |

Die zentrale Lage hat mir besonders gut gefallen, in ein paar Minuten war ich direkt in der City. Es hat im Ganzen etwas das Herzliche gefehlt. |
