the breakfast was excellent, the location is perfect and the staff were very friendly allowing me to leave my suitcase at the hotel after checkout to save carrying it around on my last day the cleaning lady kept coming to our room every 5 mins asking if were leaving yet on days where we didn't have to check out |

1. Was missing general information there is no lift. 2. Declared wi-fi was "too week" on my room and therefore I was not able to work. 3. There were missing handles on the window and door in the bathroom and therefore it was whole the time draught in the room. 4. The lighting was "too week" and it was hard to read etc.... |

Clean and comfotable for a reasonable priced hotel. Central located for christmas market, station and buses. Excellent breakfast No tea or coffe facilities in the room , if this was suoplied it would have been great as you are ready for a cuppa after being out and about all day and first thing in the morning. |

The only positive point from this hotel is that is in the center of the city. It has Ikea furniture, 4 beds in the same room. Windows did not close properly. Freazing wc. Street noice. 4 levels with not elevator. Not one room service. And 370€ per night. Its dreadful. |

Ok location, we wanted triple rooms with 3 single beds and we had 3 of these, really clean rooms, good breakfast The shower gel / hand wash they provide in the room is foul and smells disgusting! |

The fact that we booked at the start of the year to guarantee a triple room, only to be told on arrival 9 months later that this was not possible and had to have single & double. Although they did not charge us any extra. |

Hotel doors are locked at night, so you need to carry the room key with you. Breakfast was very good. Unluckily someone very noisy (maybe kids) was staying upside of my room and I heard the jumping/running noise till very late at night. I hope the room will be more noise-protected. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. |

The breakfast is fair enough. The hotel has no elevator; the rooms need some small repairs and increse of confort level. It is an hotel classified as 3 stars but does not deserve more than 2. |
