Excellent location, just right in the centre, very clean, but basic (average breakfast, but not bad) In general, for price paid (EUR 55 / night), it is good value for price, but hotel itself is basic, small - not the one you would like to come back. If you have tiny budget and want to stay for 1-3 days and just sleep in hotel it is a good choice, but it offers only the basic items and you cannot enjoy hotel itself. |

Of all hotels I have ever booked via booking.com this one was the worst. The description on the website doesn't correspond with the reality at all. |

.Excellent location just a short walk from the train station ( Bahnhof )Nice, clean and cosy with all your need for a comfortable stay. Staff are great and helpful. Breakfast is in the lower basement but well laid out and a wonderful choice with great friendly service and plenty of time for early and late risers. We would def stay again. Can be a little noisy from partying people in the early hours as it is very close to the altstadt bars , esp if you have your window open, we were on the first floor though. Def put on the door a do not disturb sign if you need a lie in after 9am as the maid service is very prompt and will ring your doorbell on the room . We learnt that on the first night ! |

Functional hotel 10 mins on foot from main station. Thoughtful reception staff. Spotlessly clean room. Good breakfast. People talking loudly in the corridor at 3.45am. |

The position was very central. The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Didn't like the fact that there was a 9 euro daily charge to use the internet. |

I liked very much the room, which even so small had everything one may need and was very-very clean. Location was excelent, in the heart of the old town. Breakfast very nice. Staff very nice. Nothing wrong about the hotel, but the noise of the pubs all around beginning at 6 pm, with all those local males shouting and getting drunk till 4 am in the morning, was terrible. The rooms don't have air conditioning, and it is very hot, so I had to let the windows open and could not sleep till morning. |

close to a very lively centre plenty to do and 1 minute from the busy rhine and all that goes on there, the staff were very helpful, friendly but still professional.easy reach of the exhibition |

The hotel is within the walking distance of everything shopping, city attractions, transport and restaurants. I should think they must say it is a three star hotel because there is nothing to write home about the room. They really don't make one feels that she or he is on holiday |

Visit the christmas markets and town. The hot water machine in the breakfast room was insufficient and the tea bags were awful. |

Firendliness of the staff and excellent location of the hotel Stone floor tiling in the room made it feel cold, a little uninviting and cheaper than it actually was. It was also supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled strongly of smoke despite an abundant use of air freshener while we were there. |

Good location The bathroom wasn't clean enough. The breakfast room was small and did not have enough tables. We were forced to wait half an hour for a free table, for what turned out as a low quality buffet. Last but not least, when we checked out, we were forced to buy currency at the local change, as the credit machine did not work, and we had to pay by cash. I doubt if they deserve a 4 star rating. |
