The room was small but well equipped, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, and the Main station. There is a a good range of restaurants and shops within a short walk from the hotel. We are pleased that we chose to stay here. |

Decent breakfast, tidy and clean bathroom, everything look bright. Bed is good, a bit too much on the bouncy side. Would stay again. Location is just around the corner of the Dom Cathedral, and at the start of the main shopping area. |

The location Was fantastic, very central. The breakfast bar had a great selection. Despite having booked week's in advance and asking for a room with a view of the Dom we did not get one. But didnt really matter as we were not in the room during the day to be looking at it anyway! |

The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the Aldstadt and literally five minutes' walk from the main station. It was spotlessly clean and really well designed - the reception and lounge areas were particularly stylish and modern. The single rooms were small, with a single bed, but not cramped, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a fantastic shower (and bath), and I had views of the Dom. I particularly noticed that the soundproofing was excellent - I heard nothing from the next room and only faint noises from outside (including the Dom's bells). The staff were lovely - really professional and welcoming. The breakfast was great - a massive choice. I thought this hotel was great value for such a central location My room was next to the lift and I was a bit aware of the noise at night - but I am a very light sleeper, so others probably wouldn't be affected. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from the lift! |

A great location (we saw the Dom from our window). Very close to Dom,to the main station (5 min. on foot) and the shopping area. But it's peaceful and comfortable (no late discos or beer houses downstairs). All the staff is qualified and friendly. |

The staff were friendly and attentive and very responsive to our needs. Coffee was provided for me to take up to my room in the morning. An e-reader which I forgot in the breakfast room was promptly picked up by staff and returned to me. The shower in the room was very good although the shower door could have been of a higher quality (very flimsy). The room was quite small. |

The location was marvellous - we had a terrific view of the cathedral of from our window. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station which is also a big plus. |

The hotel was very clean and in a safe, central location. Updated decor was simple but attractive. The breakfast was a welcome addtion. Staff were friendly. There was no one at the front doors to help us up the stairs with our luggage. |

It's always nice to pick an apple at the reception! Breakfast is good also!!! Overall comfortable. Close to the dom and shopping places, but still cannot hear the bell of dom. Air conditioning is poor |

The hotel was better than expected, the breakfast , the location (very central) and the surroundings are great!! Lcd Tv, large windows, new and modern furniture, the bathroom is new with good water pressure, the front desk is very helpful and carismatic . I have no negatives (not even minors) to this hotel. The hotel was great. We booked last minute and got a great deal. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a great view of the DOM from our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the breakfast was good and included in the price unlike many of the other hotels. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location, staff very friendly and the breakfast was very good. It was exceptionally clean. All round very good value. The bedroom was a liitle hot and the system did not cool it even on the lowest setting |
