Excellent location in the centre of Cologne, very close to the cathedral and the train station, also to the river Rhein and all places of interest, the shopping street. Breakfast was wonderful, as well as the time for breakfast: 6.30 to 11 o'clock. Very clean.

Room was small, but this was not so important for us, Internet is not free, door unlocking with electronic device and card didn't work well, we had to try several times to unlock

Wonderful location. Staff was VERY helpful. While room was small, things were well placed and did not feel cramped in the space. Breakfast was very good. Great hotel for the money spent.

Very friendly staff. The location is great for seeing the cathedral - you can not get any closer. Buffet breakfast offers great variety of food and is plentiful.

There is no place to park car to unload the luggage.

Good location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Rooms are small and very basic. I really dislike the German taste for twin beds, single duvets and square flat pillows which are not particularly comfortable.

Room was nice, clean and big enough. Location is super! - from the window you can see Cologne Cathedral and shopping street is a minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was also very good and with wide range.

Elevator is small and slow.

The staff was friendly although a little missinformed about a few things, like open farmacies and how to place a collect call, both pretty basic to any traveller.

Theyhad no free wifi nor parking nearby (to compensate, they have an arrangement for a lower fee in a parking lot some blocks away)

The location is great. Good for both business and holiday trip. Hotel is clean and most convenience. Staffs are friendly.

The electric locks did not work very reliably even after repairs. The pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel wifi was prohibitively expensive, so we just visited Starbucks more often ;)

The location if you go with buses or train. Is just in front to the catedral.

. There are two things that they haven´t in this hotel: staffe saying good morning, etc. and people smiyling. Problems to park if you are with car. There are no space in front the hotel even to park 5 minuts. It,s a mass.

Only one English tv channel. WiFi very expensive. Greedy people who charge for WiFi which was free on the 3 stars hotel next to it. boring hotel.

Parking (about 5 minutes walk from hotel) is a little trickey until you get to the hotel.
