Cancellation
If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 10 years are charged EUR 6.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Excellent position, very near the city centre and excellent value for money. Rooms clean, good breakfast. Very clean bathrooms. Good knowledge of English from the staff. Wireless is free, but the connection gets reset every 15 minutes (you have to click on an advertisement to restart it). It's a hostel, so bathrooms are in common (they're very clean though). Two-bed rooms have two separate beds. |

No smoking rooms in the entire hotel, though they accepted a reservation for a smoking room. There are no restaurants or bars nearby. There is a skateboard park in front of the hotel. The place was very clean but it reminded me of a barracks or dorm more than a hotel. |

I liked the breakfast buffet: Plenty of choice, good service even earlier or later than breakfast time. Nice staff the basic rooms are really "basic", the corridors are worse, we had no full-size bed but two beds seperated |

Die sehr gute Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt inklusive dem Elbufer mit den Dampfschiffen. Der Sicherheitsdienst müsste nach 22 Uhr Rundegänge durch das Hotel durchführen. Lärmbeläsigung aus den Sitzecken. |

スタッフの対応が親切。観光名所の旧市街地まで徒歩１５分程度で便利だった。 インターネット接続がセキュリティ設定がないタイプだった。荷物の預かり場所が、地下で階段しかなく、重い- 荷物を運ぶのに苦労した。施設は写真程いいイメージはないが、ユースホステル利用者に馴れている者には快適- かもしれない。 |
