Good location for city centre and main station; good views of city from upper southside rooms, particularly liked corner rooms with double aspect windows. Staff polite and efficient. Good value for location. Rooms can be very noisey with windows open, particularly from close by railway - very noisy goods trains run through the night. No air-conditioning so in summer windows will be open. No public rooms apart from breakfast room - oculd do with a bar. Be careful with pay tv - this can be charged without user activation.

Good sized room with bath; good view from 9th floor over city. Lacks public rooms, no bar. Pay TV system outdated - be carefaul can register against room just by browsing channels and without specific approval of guest.

Good central location with secure (and cheap) parking. Internet was extra but only 5 euros. Room had a minibar but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel was well situated within easy walking distance to the main railway station. We found the reception staff very efficient and helpful. There was a wide range of choice for breakfast and was of good quality, although the seating arrangements was quite chaotic. Our greatest issue relating to the stay was concerning the beds. These we found to be quite hard, a single duvet for a double bed and one pillow. We stayed for 2 nights and did not sleep well at all.

Nothing to like! .. Not a 4* Hotel Price/Quality very poor.. Breakfast tables sloppy and not cleanned.. Wi-Fi was an option .... Would not recommend!

Nice clean and functional. The staff with the exception of a new girl being trained were terrible, and rude........for this reason I would not return to this specifie hotel.

Very clean hotel. Great selection for breakfast. Good fast wifi. Some of the reception staff are ignorant beyond belief. I was made feel like dirt that had fallen from a shoe by one particular female staff member. This ruined what was an otherwise complaint free experience. Sort out your staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed were very comfortable, ideal after a long day. The view was beautiful from the 9th floor. Wifi was 5 Euros for 24 hours, and did not worked with iPhone, i could not join to the network, and the staff had no idea about the solution, they just said it should work...(With notebook it worked perfectly)
