This is the 3rd year running that we have stayed at the City Hotel. We were a family group of 12 and nothing was too much trouble for the Hotel staff who made us very welcome as always. The location of the Hotel couldn't be better for the Christmas markets and shops! Breakfast at the Hotel is wonderful too! No lock on the bathroom door.

Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection on display.. I stayed in a single room which had a tv, radio/alarm clock and safety deposit box in the wardrobe. The room was clean and tidy and had a nice shower. I would stay here again if visiting Dortmund Lift is a bit small but manageable. overral a nice friendly hotel

Locoation was perfect, shops within 2 min. Breakfast was very nice. Lots of noise from drunk people outsid the hotel. Could not fix the shower. So had to hold it all time up.

De inrichting van de kamer en de netheid van zowel kamer als badkamer. We hadden een 3 persoonskamer voor 1 nacht en dit was perfect. Ook het ontbijt was meer dan we verwacht hadden. De parkeerplaats telt maar 13 plaatsen en stond vol bij aankomst. We parkeerden in een straat er naast en hebben nadrukkelijk nagevraagd bij het hotel of dit mocht. Ons werd verzekerd dat dit kon. De volgende ochtend echter stond ik voor het nare feit dat mijn auto bijna weg gesleept werd! We waren net op tijd om het te voorkomen maar de kosten moesten wel betaald, 150 Euro totaal. We hebben deze klacht neer gelegd bij het hotel maar zij gingen er niet op in. Voor iedereen dus een waarschuwing, het pesoneel kent de parkeerregels niet!

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Tolle zentrale und ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten bis spät nachts das Fernsehprogramm aus dem Nachbarzimmer live mithören.

Sehr zentral gelegen, direkt neben Shopping Center und Einkaufsstrassen. Dicht beim Stadion und Messehallen. Persönliche, freundliche Betreunung im Hotel. Gute bequeme und kuschelige Betten. Lecker Frühstück mit allem dabei. Nette Bar und Frühstückraum. Die Zimmer sind nach meinem Geschmack zu bunt und etwas unlogisch aufgeteilt; z.B liegt der Kaffeekocher versteckt in einer Schublade und der Sessel steht eingeklemmt zwischen Schrank und Tür. Schlechtes TV-Bild.
