English speaking staff and family style hotel made us homely. Rooms were nice and clean beds very comfortable.We had a late departure time but the staff were very kind and allowed us to use the room without any extra charge. The location was ideal for shopping its only few yards away form the main shopping area. Excellent breakfast one of the best! will definitely stay here again and reccomend to anyone.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Hotel, and we will be returning again in 2012. The Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Substantial well prepared hot or cold buffet breakfast each morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We do not think you could get a better located Hotel for all the amenities. Would highly recommend. We have no complaints whatsoever.

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We were travelling in a group of 13 members of one family and the purpose of our trip was to visit German relatives and to visit the Chrsitmas Markets. We all had large rooms which were ideal for us and all the rooms were very comfortable, if a little dated. The breakfast was very nice, especially the boiled eggs!

A very pleasant place to stay in central Dortmund. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious - a good start to the day !! Would def recommend this hotel and would use it again for future visits. Located close to main station so travel to other cities was easy. No complaints

hotel was excellent. great breakfast.very helpful staff at reception and cannot fault the hotel on anything.would stay there again if i am ever in dortmund. would advise anybody going to dortmund to give this hotel a try!

Dat de locatie lekker dicht bij het station en de winkels is. Kamers waren heel anders dan de plaatjes laten zien. Kleine kamers en niet echt modern. Ontbijt viel ook wat tegen. Een open pakje becel met een mes erin en kruimels etc. van de vorige gasten.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Fußgängerzone, es ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!! Schön wäre es, wenn der Duschvorhang durch eine Tür ausgetauscht würde.

Lage und Service des City Hotels waren super. Wünsche wurden sofort entgegengenommen und bearbeitet. Das Personal war freundlich und fürsorglich. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Lorissa und Britta Alles in Ordnung.

Zeer hartelijk personeel, gezellige bar en perfect anti kater ontbijt. Perfecte ligging en op loopafstand van het signal Iduna stadion en de Westfalen halle. Ook dicht bij het uitgaans gebied. Kan wat gehorig zijn.

Als wir in das Hotel kamen wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Servie ist ausgezeichnet gewesen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und auch das Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und wir mussten nur 2- 3 Minuten zu Fuß gehen und wie waren schon in der Stadt.

De ligging van het hotel tov de belangrijkste winkelstraat, kerstmarkt en uitvalswegen. De gratis WIFI was een plus evenals de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, van ontbijt tot laat in de avond zeer behulpzaam De helling naar de parkeergarage, als je er niet op bedachtbent.
