Cityhotel Primavera  

They had a nice morning breakfast that was included in the room rate. The room for four people was adequate. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Trier but on a quite street tucked away from the city noise.

The quad room was small with little room to move around in and the bed for the 3rd and 4th person was a sofa bed which was not very comfortable. No air-conditioning but you could open the windows at night. No one on staff to ask questions or get password for the internet service.

Convenience - location and garage parking, plus bistro available.

Reception was often unstaffed

The location is central. The staff are very friendly.

There is no constant hot water. It can be on extreme temperature (very cold) at any one time. The heater in the room did not warm the room up even though it was on the maximum temperature. In winter time, it got really cold during the night, resulting in uncomfortable and broken sleep.

The hotel is a short distance from the city centre. There is a restaurant in the hotel, so it was convenient for dinner, the food and service was good. The breakfast was good and the lady boss was more cheerful in the morning.

I booked a triple room so I was expecting 3 single beds or a double and a single bed. But instead it was 2 single and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, it was hard and has a line of gap in the centre.

Very good location. Do use the attached but independant Italian Restaurant on the ground floor. Functional so you can make good use of your time in the city.

No heating on second evening; but came on sometime during the night. Near freezing outside. Reception closes early evening so it was too much effort to investigate. Water temperature in shower changes without warning even with a thermostatic control.

Great welcome, clean rooms, good service. Nice restaurant.

A very good hotel in the center of Trier. Trier is an excellent place to be after enjoying the beatifull Eifel. We did a motor trip; there a garage where you can park your motorbike.

Auf der ersten Etage ist es sehr Unruhig.

wij wilden gewoon 2 dagen met vrienden naar outlet Vileroy & Boch in mettlach. het is dan leuk om dit een dag te combineren met een bezoek aan de mooie stad Trier. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en het diner de eerste dag was ook heerlijk in jullie restaurant. Een prima hotel qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
