Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The hotel's location was fabulous. It's only about 100 meters from the pedestrian zone and we walked to all of the sights in Trier. |

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served was also very sumptuous. Despite the low cost, rooms are clean and is located very near to the city center. Had a very satisfied stay =) |

The fridge in the room that let us have a picnic lunch the next day with food that we bought from Aldi the day before. We didn't have this in the room we had in the week before. The street noise - the hotle is located in the city centre. |

The attached Italian restaurant, which was one that I visited 25 years ago, and the familiarity with this restaurant was the reason why I picked this hotel. It is located in the city centre of Trier, convenient both for sightseeing and shopping. The free parking right next to the hotel. The high standard of accomodation. The street noise of the city at night. Our sat nav had a problem directing us to the hotel because of construction work on the Frauenstrasse and the one way streets. The hotel could not guarantee free parking when we made our reservation. |

quiet courtyard room, front staff were very hospitable, bathroom right in our room, the discount we received for our "inconveniences" our hot water "on-demand" system did not work so we had to change rooms, we had to do stairs many times during our 3 day stay as the lift was under repair, teenagers were booked as a group and their chaperones did not take them to task for middle of the night disturbances and the hotel's front desk was closed at 20:00 and we had no one to go to for help |

The perfect location ( only 5 min walk to the center and the museums). The restaurant was perfect ( normally restaurants in hotels are not the most perfect ) Good food, a big choice, nice whine from the region and a perfect staff. Clean and cozy. Breakfast was sufficient. The only thing to mention are the thin walls. It was not a huge bother, but you can hear the people in the next room speaking. |

location is good no English TV channel - restaurant at the hotel very poor service. asked for a menu in English but not available. the waiter ignored us so we left the restaurant after sitting there for 15 minutes without anyone coming to serve us. |

Hotellet er lite og intimt noe som gjør at en føler seg velkommen. Vi kom på natten og ble godt tatt i mot selv om det var sent. Servicen i restauranten/frokostsalen og i baren er upåklagelig. Vi hadde en hyggelig opphold og kan godt tenke oss å reise tilbake til dette hotellet. Sørge for at lyset på toalettene i kjeller står på litt lenger - slukkes automatisk. Det er ikke greit i sitte i mørket i en kjeller når du ikke er kjent. Ellers var alt helt fint. |

Zostawiłam pierścionki i pióro na umywalce tuż przed wyjazdem - zadzwoniłam do hotelu poprosić, żeby mi je odesłali - oddzwonili po dówch dniach mówiąć, że nic takiego się nie znalazło w pokoju.
