The hotel was lovely. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. There was no elevator, which was difficult for elderly people. The area had no restaurants nearby and there was no elevator in the hotel. |

The hotel was clean and the room spacious considering it was just for one person. The internet access point (free) was also a big help! Upon arrival I needed to wait for about 15 - 20 minutes before I was assisted. The hotel also had some repairs being made, making it noisy at times. |

the convenience of the hotel to the main train/bus station in the city breakfast is extra and there are no common amenities in the hotel - ie lobby or bar or wifi |

Exceptionally good rooms, clean, modern, high ceilings, central location, quiet, curteous staff. Minor point, but the wireless Internet access didn't work (weak signal). |

Nothing! This hotel is very terrible! No! Shower Gel! That's really ridiculous, and the hotel staff said they don't provide their guests with shower gel! Besides, the bed is very uncomfortable for two persons! |

Cosy hotel right in the center of hamburg. Perfect location! The rooms were quite big, sleeping area with sofa and desk, dressing area, and a bathroom. The bathroom was recently renovated. We stayed there for two nights, the first night we arrived after the check-in time, and I just had to call the hotel, and they arrange to pick-up the keys in a hotel right in front. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very conveniently located. The bathroom and the room were spacious and silent. The hotel is rather old. Carpets and fittings are worn out. It is a nice building but definitely in need of some major refurbishments. |

Good point is close from the central station. Unfortunately the "Bath room" is too small and the Hotel has no elevator! I had a map but difficult to find the way to the hotel and we lost the way..... |

The bed especially the sheets and pillows were superb, the room was beautifully clean... The room very good...the staff were nice and friendly.... The walk from the station to the hotel gives a bad impression of Hamburg |
