Rooms are clean and comfort.They are many facilities. No wifi and receptions are not friendly.They don't love to service. My groups stayed 2 night.We are separated with the room.First I checked in the reception counter,she gave one room and told me that to wait for the other room (2room).When I got the key.My parents and cousin ,they are oldset (68 years+) must walk to the room far from lift and the ground floor are many step.I Am afraid of their jump.I Ask to change the room and she rejected to change.

Good location: close to main tourist sights and river; walking distance (20 min.) from train station. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, and restaurant also good for dinner. Location also a problem: lots of noise on the street outside from ill-behaved louts, even though we stayed on a Thursday night. Suggest asking for a room away from the street side of the hotel.

Proximity to station and easy access to town centre Arrival of coach party meant had to carry breakfast from the breakfast room to another less convenient place. Better organisation would have put coach party in this separate large room.

My car is a vw transporter long version. parking outside the hotel was free and enough space. The location of the hotel is great, everything within walking distance. Breakfast eas only 7 euro and fantastic. People at the reception desk very friendly. Gerne Wieder!

Breakfast was reasonably good and that's it The staff were very officious, not very amicable, didn't make you feel welcome in fact quite uncomfortable on times. You were expected to fall in and abide by what suited the hotel staff. Would stay here again and would absolutely be unable to recommend this hotel to anyone

Easy walking distance to most sight-seeing attractions and shopping. Great front desk staff--friendly and helpful. Parking was minimal and difficult to get into but registration staff were happy to explain how to get their reduction to the city parking near-by. Some musty odors in elevator and hallway.

It is in the centre of the city and practically near to everything. The beds and pillows were not so confortable, we prefer hard mattresses. There is no WIFI service although there is PC available for web browsing but it is not so confortable to sit in the reception area browsing on the internet.
