We stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is outside the (historic) center of town. Room, food and amentities good, but relatively expensive. Hotel quite hard to find if coming from the south. |

Staff at front desk was exceedingly helpful unfortunately still did not meet our reservation. See below. Despite booking this hotel for 3 adults upon arrival they did not have a suitable room to accomodate us and my husband wound up stayin gin a seperate building in what appeared to be the staff rooms and we had to pay an additional amount???????????????????????? |

good hotel, clean, polite staff, good breakfast, air conditioning. parking too small (i got a parking ticket!), no indoor swimming pool, not tasty vegetarian dishes at the restaurant. |

Bien que bref le séjour était agréable. J'ai noté l'accueil professionnel, la propreté de la chambre. Les chaînes de télévision. La plupart des hôtels proposent un bouquet un peu plus large au niveau des langues. Là mis à part CNN toutes les chaînes étaient en langue allemande. |

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut; gab auch frische Säfte und frische Bananenmilch. Hotelflur war sehr schön, Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist unglaublich: mitten im Wohngebiet, direkt zwischen den Häusern, manche nicht so schön. Um in den Schwimmbadbereich zu gelangen, muss man durch die Tiefgarage gehen und dann am Terrassen-Restaurant vorbei (unangenehm im Bademantel). Wasser eiskalt. Unser Zimmer war direkt gegenüber dem alten Hirschenrestaurant-Giebel und besaß keine Gardinen, so dass die Mitarbeiter, die dort wohnten, uns bzw. wir denen genau ins Fenster geschaut haben. Wir hätten die "Fensterrollwand" vorschieben können, dann wäre es aber stockdunkel gewesen. Dampfbad weiße Kabine, Fitnessgeräte lächerlich. |

Hotel had prima ligging voor ons doel: doorreis / niet ver van de snelweg. Het eten (zowel 's-avonds als 's-ochtends) was er heerlijk en de bediening erg goed / vriendelijk. Qua uitzicht had de ligging nog wat beter kunnen zijn, maar dat de faciliteiten maken dat ruimschoots goed. |

Dat wij een slaapplaats hadden maar wel met veel pijn en moeite Als je meedeelt dat je een zwaar gehandicapte vrouw hebt in een elektrische rolstoel dan verwacht je wel antwoord of het mogelijk is in een hotel te overnachten. De eerste nacht hadden wij een "aangepaste kamer "op de begane grond.Mijn vrouw kon in ieder geval de badkamer in met de elektrische rolstoel , het bed was erg laag en 2 persoons , dus vrouw uit rolstoel tillen en vice versa naar een te laag bed.Een eenpersoons verhoogd senioren bed zou geindiceerd zijn voor een aangepaste kamer. Vervolgens konden wij met de elektrische rolstoel niet deelnemen aan het ochtend bufffet maar konden op de kamer ontbijten wat wel 30 euro extra kostte ??? Je wordt dus gestraft voor je gehandicapt zijn. Terugweg een gewone kamer gekregen , puinhoop dus !! |

Alles in allem eine gelungene Sache. Lage o.k., Zimmer gräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig- Der versprochene internetzugang konnte im Zimmer des 2. Stockwerkes nicht hergestellt werden. Die Personalpräsenz an der Bar ist verbesserungsbedürftig. |

La disponibilité du personnel. Bien que je ne parle pas allemand, le personnel fait le maximum afin de satisfaire au mieux ses clients. La chambre était impeccable tant au niveau de la propreté que de son contenu. Le restaurant propose des menus variés et excellents. L'hôtel est un batiment splendide et entretenu d'une manière impeccable. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'espace bien être. Conclusion, un hôtel a conseiller à tout prix. |

Leuk ingericht, super vriendelijk personeel en uitermate goed restaurant voor lunch en avondeten. Ontbijt heel goed, heel veel beter dan in menig ander hotel, bovendien is het ook nog inklusief in de hotelovernachtings prijs. Heel goed hotel, beslist aan te bevelen. |

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Trotz großer Hochzeitsgesellschaft wurde uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Es herrschte eine erholsame Atmosphäre in sehr gepflegten Räumen. Negativ fiel auf, dass das Frühstücksbüffet bereits ab 9.10 Uhr nach und nach abgeräumt wurde, obwohl bis 9.30 Uhr Frühstück möglich war. Manchen Gästen wurde dadurch das ansonsten sehr reichhaltige und gute Büffet leider geschmälert. |
