Nice, clean and functional Despite the technological advance of having a virtual reception (completely automated after 8:00 pm) it is a must to get a previous and pertinent advertisement before arriving late in the evening. Only an almost hidden note prevents the visitor about the way to get a card to access the building keying your booking code, which not always you bring with you. Yo must take into account that the guest arrives tired, willing a bathroom and with language difficulties. The rest was ok

Too expensive. Room too small: advertised for four people would better suit couple. Toilet door lock broken. Staff unfriendly.

Location to Museum Mass and publc transportation Was not aware that room had the bed in a loft, accessible by very narrow ladder...kept hitting my head on wood beam at top of stairs...also, it took me awhile to find light switch in the bathroom....first time I ever encountered a light switch inside the mirrored cabinet above the sink. This was an efficiency unit, with wood beams in the room and over the grand hallway outside the room..both could use a heavy dose of vacumn cleaning....lots of dust on the wood beams. Elevator does not service top floor, so check ahead if you have heavy luggage. Has free wi-fi, but of the very slow type!....extra cost for hi-speed. Otherwise, a decent efficiency apartment for the price.

It was the worst hotel we stayed in, in a month of hotels throughout Europe. We walked in to a tiny lobby with what looked like a booking room in a jail- like a bunker. There was little contact with the person behind the desk and she indicated there was no one around after 8 pm and before 7:30am.. Little scary/ disconcerting in a run down neighborhood full of derelicts. The rooms were somewhat clean- mold in the showers and the towles were dark gray- maybe they were cleaned but they didn't look it. I was shocked that it was a 3 star hotel- I don't believe even in its "heyday" it would deserve more than a one star. We could not wait to leave!

Very close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof. Located in a shady section of town with more questionable areas to walk through to get to the Old Town

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They normally do check-ins until 2000, but they had a process for me to check-in later. Everything went smoothly. The surrounding area of the hotel is not very nice at all. There are dirty parks outside of the hotel and, at night, there were a lot of homeless and drunk people around that part of town...not pleasant. For budget travelers and the one-night stay type of folks, it works.

Central position, friendly staff. To get there and find out that the entrance was locked and no reception after 20:00. Fortunately there was an automatic system for key delivery so that I could get in. Would be better to inform the custom about this mechanism just after booking.

The hotel was very well valued for the service provided and met fully our expectations. We had no difficulty with the late login and with facilities provided. Breakfast choice was not extensive but fully adequate for most travellers. Internet was easy to set up and functioned well with adequate bandwidth. The location of the hotel was comfortable and within easy distance of the main train station, but slightly removed from the main shopping areas. The hotel is within 100m of a very large supermarket. The lift does not provide access to the rooms except through the use of stairs. This induces guests to carry luggage up or down stairs. Location brochures in English were not available and visitors should plan their activities before arrival. Choice of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel is very limited.

The staff were professional, and were quick to ensure that guest's comfort was number one. It would have been great if my request for internet for 3 days in a row could have been automatic rather than me needing to ask every day.

Absolut nichts!!!
