La ubicacion A partir de las 20 horas no hay nadie !nadie! En el hotel, si tienes algún problema con la llave es imposible no solo acceder a la habitación sino que no puedes entrar en el hotel. Si hay algun problema con la habitacion nadie puede resolverlo. Ademas me cobraron indebidamente en el momento de hacer la resarva y no me dieron justificante de pago |

El desayuno y la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió Por la noche no hay personal de servicio en el hotel. ¡Ni una sola persona! El acceso al mismo cuando está cerrada la recepción, es a través del ascensor, introduciendo la tarjeta en una ranura, Si esa tarjeta no funciona, te puedes quedar "al sereno" Ni siquiera la salita aledaña estaba abierta. A través de la escalera no se puede acceder al hotel. |

The breakfast was ok, everyone had to wait outside the breakfast room, as it did not open on time. We had to book in by 19.00hrs as the reception staff wanted to go home, the room smelt badly of smoke, the traffic noise was loud and we were unable to amend our booking, although they could have easily booked the room again. Not impressed by hotel or hotel.com |

Close to the train station. There's a supermarket around the corner. Quiet convenient. A bit noisy from the trains passing by constantly. The breakfast room is crammed. |

Room, Bed, Breakfast were ok. Possibility to park in front of the hotel for 4 euros a day (ask reception). If relevant: the lift don't bring you exactly on the right floor but on a half level upper, so that have to take a few steps down to reach your room. Could be annoying if you have some luggages |

I liked it that we could check in late I did not like the receptionist attidute and the hotel was not that clean also the breakfast during weekends was late and for people that have bussiness to do have to wait until they open the buffet. I do not recommend this hotel. |

THis property was close to the main station n other fascilities.The receptionist had a very warm approach. the room was awfully small , there was no leg space.the breakfast room was also very small causing everyone to bump into one another.the receptionoist doubled up as the bell boy, n breakfst in charge too causing incovenience as we had to wait to be attended to.The elevators to the building hav been added as an after-thought, hence they do not go upto the floors, instead they go in between floors , so u hav to lug ur luggage the last few steps. |

I had a very comfortable experience during my stay in the Classic Inn. The first thing that come into my mind about Classic Inn is its perfect location. Situated only a few metres from the Heidelberg Main Railway Station, the hotel is an ideal venue to explore the city. The Hotel staffs were also really warm, welcoming and keen to help. I would have expeccted at least a staff at the hotel during night time as there was virtually none after 8 pm. |

The service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to accomodate me. Other hotels in this price range in the same city, even next door to it, do not charge for Internet access. The price was not great but in conjunction with a slightly higher price for the room will make me look for another accomodation in Heidelberg. It is an unfortunate general rule about hotels in Europe that the more the room costs, the more the Internet access costs. |

The stuff is kindly and friendly. I had wonderful breakfast and lovely chatted. In addition, I left my handset in the hotel. They kept my cellphone and sent to me(still waiting). |
