Stanza troppo piccola.

It is super clean. It was very comfortable in general. It was very calm at night.

The staff was complaining about the Espresso for breakfast. The eating room was too small. The entrance was just tiny.

Easy access when arriving after hours, when the staff was not on duty.

No nearby bicycle parking.

Very close to train station, easy to walk to all part of the city, I didn't took any buss I just walk, A good hotel in budget class

A bit noisy... due to proximity of rail station. Cramped room.

Convenience to public transportation.

It is simple, central, within walking distance of main station and Im Neuenheimer Feld where many academic events take place, close to transportation to Bismark Platz,very good breakfast, a big bed, good value for money

The reception is occupied until 20:00 and on weekends until 12:00. The Wifi rate is high 5 Euro and it is not per 24 h it ends 11:00 the next day, so if you arrive in the evening and you need to work on the internet you will pay 5 Euros for less than a day. It should be 5 Euros per 24h!

Very friendly and helpful staff (all my requests about second pillow, smoking room, a bit early breakfast e.t.c.were couteous covered). Great location for me: a company I attended were in a few minutes by step. Also close to railway station (3 min) and city center (10-15 min).

Staff abrupt and little unfriendly,castle on hills scenic but not really worth spending a few days here.just a day or over nite is about it!

It's a nice hotel, the location is near the train station so it's easy to get transport. The staff is very friendly especially the reservation staff, he is a very fun person. The design of the room is very classic, but is very comfortable to say. I wish I could stay longer at this hotel, and I will for next visit to Heidelberg. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. And when we told her we had to catch a train the next morning before the included breakfast, she offered to leave us breakfast in our room the night before. It was so wonderful to get up at 6 am and have breakfast (juice, boiled egg, sandwich & gummi bear for the kids) in a bag ready to take on the train!!! And their location is fantastic - near the train station with all the buses and trams into the old part of Heidelberg.

My only disappointments were - 1) it wasn't air-conditioned and we were there in the middle of a heat wave - on the 4th floor! and 2) the price was kind of high for a bare bones room. But the staff helped make up for it!

Elevator stops in between two room floors... That mean you always have to go up or down with your luggage on the stairs.

Handily located for the station (and about an hour's nice walk, mainly along the river, to the castle), nice breakfast, nice shower and pleasant staff.

Very noisy at night (people shouting and screaming outside in the park), no receptionist on duty except in the daytime and nothing on the website about the importance of remembering to bring the booking number, as without this you can't get your key, very small/squashed/claustrophobic (I thought) entrance area and breakfast area, the buzzer at reception can't be heard by the person buzzing it so you assume it's not working and keep pressing (!), and the room was overpriced (in my opinion); I understand that prices fluctuate according to demand but this cost over double what I paid elsewhere in Germany and was much lower quality, I thought.

The Internet is good and the location

The hotel is very bad ,no lobby ,no reseption ,rooms are so small & don't ask about the bath room it's totally disaster and the system of room keys is so stupid it's a magmatic cards to open the door and even the elevator but if you put the card near any electronic even you mobile it will be damage so if you come back after 8 pm to the hotel no one can help you and there is no reception as I told you , you will spent the night at street !!!

Seemed to be people in park across the road all night talking loudly.

Location was good

The beds were squeeky and pillows were very uncomfortable - why does nowhere in Germany supply a top sheet??

A fine little hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit difficult to find, but well worth the effort. Excellent breakfast and restaurant in hotel.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, 10 Min. zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Wir waren auf einem Kongress in der Print Media Academy, das Hotel liegt schräg gegenüber. Es ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Da wir auf einem Kongress waren, und ab 9 Uhr Vorträge gebucht hatten, war es sehr ungünstig, dass es am WE erst ab 8.00 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Der kleine Raum war überfüllt, und wir hatten nur wenig Zeit, in Ruhe zu frühstücken.

Internetzugang hat abends/nachts nicht funktioniert, trotz extra Gebühr von 5 EUR. Das Personal hat sich nicht kulant gezeigt und die Gebühr einbehalten.
