Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 19 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The Clipper City Home has been certified with Excellent (5A) by the TÜV Rheinland certification service.
The buildings sushi bar, EDO, is open daily for both lunch and dinner.
The Sagrantino Wine Bar serves a fine selection of wines and small snacks from lunchtime onwards. Savour the welcoming atmosphere here and relax between your adventures in the capital.
In addition, you find ample workspace with modern communications technology.
For your safety, a secure entry system with chip-card is available, and you also find a safe in your suite.
Numerous attractions can be reached on foot, while the nearby underground station, Französische Strasse, connects you to the city’s excellent transport network.

Your suite will be partly cleaned after every 3 nights, and will be fully cleaned after every 6 nights. If you wish your suite to be cleaned more frequently, additional charges will apply.
On request, your towels can also be replaced daily for an additional charge.
Please note, that on Sundays, breakfast is served at the nearby Opernpalais. This breakfast is more expensive than the breakfast offered by the Clipper City Home from Mondays to Saturdays.

Very central, just off main street. Safe and secure hotel rooms and parking. The reception staff need to learn how to smile! They are very mean with consumables, E.g Dishwasher Tablets x 1 and any more were 50 cents! Even when the rate was well over 100 Euro a night. |

The location of the hotel is first class and within easy walking distance of major attractions including several Christmas markets. The hotel suite provides all the facilities you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The staff were very helpfull and courtious. On the last day late afternoon we were caught in a heavy down pour and on returning to the hotel to pick up our lugage they provided a room for us to change into dry clothes and ordered a taxi. Couldn't be more helpfull. We found the heating in the room to be too warm even with it turned down, particularly when trying to sleep, we opened the door to the covered balcony to allow some fresh air into the room which helped. |

The staff was extremely helpful. Location could not have been better. Room was spacious and kitchenette was ideal. We left out phone in the hotel room and they sent it back without charge. Very kind and efficient. I asked for two bags of tea and some extra coffee and they had to charge me for them. I thought that this was ridiculous. |

The apartment-like feel was great compared to just a hotel. The size of the room and ammenities helped make me feel at home. The location was good, only a 2-minute walk to the nearest subway station and many department stores and shops. |

Location, size of apartment, general facilities, quiet The room was far too hot. Even leaving windows open all day did not cool the room. We had to request a pedestal fan for sleeping at night. The rooms should have a ceiling fan to circulate air in the hotter months. |

Very stylish, modern rooms with lots of room and facilities to cook in a small kitchen corner. Quiet (8th floor). Secure building. Excellent location. The service at the reception could be friendlier and is limited to the hours of 7am to 10 pm. This is more suitable for long-term stays than for a one night's stay. |

Location, nicely designed The room was smaller than expected, the bath is too high which is a real risk of slipping, one of the elevator was out of order and it took some time to fix it. |

The small kitchen in the room is well equipped with especially an Expresso machine which allows the guests to prepare a coffee quickly whenever they want. The small balcony protected by a window is fantastic to relax. |

We arrived after the opening hours. However, everything was ready for "automatic" checking-in. If you are not used to dealing with computarized automatic machines, it will be a little complicated. Anyhow, you can always arrive within the allocated working hours (which is very extense - until 22:00). The buffet breakfast was tasty but poor in options. It is fair to mention that breakfast is not offered directly by the hotel. It is served in a small italian restaurant next door. |

I stayed in a suite with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It felt as though we had a condo in the city, which was nice to spend time in, and not just a room to sleep in. We also enjoyed the feeling of privacy in the clipper city home building. Bathroom was contemporary and clean. Kitchen was fully functional and brand new. The only complaint we had was the noise from the sushi bar/bar, which is on the cobblestone street, on the other side of the building, running parallel with Friedrichstrasse. The room was quite warm, but it was perfect with the windows open; however, the noise was quite loud one night, then not so bad two other nights. |

Convenient location, within easy walking distance of both the Staatsoper and Komische Oper, shops and public transport. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and very well-appointed - it would make an excellent base for a long-term stay. |

Location impossible to beat if you're focus is the 'new' Berlin centre. Walking distance to everything from Reichstag/Brandenburg Gate to Gendarmenmarkt(1 min!) and island of Museums. Nice spacious appartment (602) fine for work and leisure. Hassle-free automated check-in. |

空港からのバスが着くバス停から徒歩数分、地下鉄駅は１分、繁華街のど真ん中で、とにかく便利。部屋はゆっ- たりとして、モダンで明るく清潔、キッチンも使いやすく言うことなし。ファックス、電話、電源などビジネス- ユースに必要な機能も充実。セイフティボックスのトラブルにもスタッフがすぐに来て対応してくれた。また泊- まりたい。 悪い点では無いが、ホテルの性質上、ロビースペースは無いので、ホテルロビーで待ち合わせはできない。また- 夜間は受付が無人となる。 |

Die Appartementgrößen sind sehr angenehm, die Ausstattung überraschend hochwertig, es stellt sich ein wohnliches Wohlfühlklima ein. Es gibt die Appartments leider immer nur mit 1 Schlafraum, für Familienreisen daher eher nicht geeignet. |

Su ubicación. La suite junior espectacular. Los desayunos (te dan tickets) y vas a otros luegares al lado del hotel(no tiene en sí el propio hotel restaurante). Pero todo buenísimo. Lo aconsejo. El precio genial también. Que el personal se va muy pronto |
