The location was fabulous.
I did not get the wakeup call that I requested and I had a very early morning flight, so I was not happy about that. Pillows are very flat but I find that to be the case in most German hotels.
the tiny proportions of the toilet and shower areas
very good location (close to city center) very reasonable price parking good breakfast nice service wi-fi is not good enough
+ Location + Service + Room Cleanliness + U have everything what u want
- Late check outs are an issue as hotel is always overbooked.
Bright, cheerful decor. Capable and friendly staff. Terrific parking. Good breakfast with lots of healthy choices.
No safe deposit box in room
Great breakfast Comfortable bed iPod dock a good idea
It is a very nice, well decorated, contemporary hotel that really impress me and my fiance. It has lots of gadgets likek DVD player and docking stations for music players! The layout of bathroom (shower cubicle, basin, toilet bowl) is very clever that makes the room very spacious. It's very clever design! I am very glad that they have got feather pillows and duvet which I normally use at home! I like the idea that they give you a 5 Euros voucher each day for drinks if you ask them not to tidy the room as it's greener that way.
Even though the room has air-conditioning, it doesn't really cool down the room.
It very close to the Oktoberfest and the subway..
The room have shower, but the problem is that clear and if you have aprtment for your room he can see anything..
Very Cozy and Modern
There is a bar right below so can get noisy on weekends
Great location for fest
Twin beds were small and blankets small
Small, cool and clean rooms. Nice staff in the reception.
Should be some more staff at breakfeast sunday morning
STAFF NOT FRINDLY SHOWERS WITH CLEAR GLASS TO BED TOLIT NOT CONFORT
The entrance looks nice from outside
The hotel in photos look way much better than the reality! The room has separate bathroom, shower and sink with one slide door! It looks funny but it's super un-functional! Not talking about the staff!! They are the worst part of the hotel!
The rooms were small but nice. No air conditioning of course. There was no light in the shower that we could get to work and with it being closed off to the room it was really dark or the floor got wet. Or both. The breakfast is good but should be included in the price. It's a basic European breakfast breads yogurt eggs meat and bacon. 9€ was steep for it. Location had bars and restaurants near by. Parking on street and in the garage. Fit out purposes and was a nice stay.
Overpriced breakfast. Really warm room Shower set up
Overall, the hotel was beyond my expectation. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable.
The location...it’s not a location where you can walk from the central station. Better take a tram. Oh, the extra bed seems a bit old, compared to ordinary beds.
close to city
small rooms a bit noisy
Nice design, fresh color and friendly staff. Good location.
Nice design, yet not that convenient for use. Water would get out of the basin and one door is clearly not enough for both the toilet and bathroom for the 3-person-room.
Reception man was very good
Very crowd and noise... No parking old elevator
We booked a Junior Suite and upon arrival were assigned room 65. It looked small and we double checked what standard of room it was - to be told that it was indeed a Junior Suite and that rooms often look bigger on the photos. After a full day sightseeing we came back to discover that we didn't have a bathtub as promised, and our balcony was shared (not private), not to mention not having an 'extra large' double bed. We asked the guy on reception about the room and he eventually said it was a "Skylight" room, which was similar to a Superior Double. We emailed the hotel feeling quite angry about being lied to (twice!) In the morning they apologised for their mistake and refunded us almost 50% of the room cost, which was at least a satisfactory conclusion. They also offered us breakfast, which we declined. This isn't a bad hotel but we hate being lied to. The location was also nothing special - quite a long walk to the city centre and the train station but close to the U-Bahn. Our advice, should you choose to stay there, would be to check your room facilities as listed on booking.com and don't be shy to query the staff.
The retro design and style of the whole hotel and the rooms are large and comfortable, the breakfast, as well as it is close to metro and tram stops.
The location and the facilities
The bathroom. It was integrated in the room and it was a sliding door, the same for the WC, the shower and after a shower there was water everywhere. Not practical
I liked that I could get to the train easily but the central station is about a 15 min walk
I thought the hotel was going to be situated closer to attractions from what I read. The central train station is actually a 15 min walk from there. Also taxi driver has no idea where the hotel was when returning home and dropped us off in the middle of nowhere and then charged us and we ended up walking even further. Wish I would have gotten a hotel closer to attractions to avoid all this.
The central localisation. Its really close to the train station. It is easy to have access to everyplace in the city. The breakfast it is really good, with different options for eat ( fruits, ham, eggs, coffee). The room has the size in enough for the main purpose of my trip.
The atmosphere at the hotel overall The breakfast buffet
