I liked the fact that there were both 'elderly residents' and hotel quests. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is amazing, the friendly staff made it like a 6 star hotel. they support me even though i did not speak the language very well. every thing for them is just so possible. i like the idea that the internet was for free. for as many devices that you have. i highly recommend this hotel specially for families. thanks..

Excellent, friendly staff. Loaned me a power adapter I needed and umbrella when I needed. Very beautiful facility, an old church redone as a conference center. The best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Very nice breakfast room also is a loung at night. Their free internet is an exception for the hotels I looked at, most charge. When I had a question, they researched the answer and called me back with the info. Very large rooms, especially the bathroom. Probably bigger than most hotel visitors would have used. More setup like an apartment.

This is not in the German tradition, but I would have liked a coffee/tea maker in the room. I arrived on a Sunday from an international flight, and there were no services in the hotel and the nearest coffee was a couple blocks away. I did not want to leave the room, but could not sleep either. I felt their excellent breakfast the next day, made up for the lack of a coffee maker A portable refrigerator for some medicine I had would have been nice.

Cleanliness and proximity to old town. It was a great concept which I hadn't experienced before - ie the comination of residential seniors with hotel!

I got lost in its maze-lie corridors - better signs and more lift would help!

the place is running very efficiently, but it lacks a personal feeling. I would not recommend it for a holiday stay, as it is rather anonymous. The staff is friendly but not warm, and the facilities are functional but without charm. i don t agree with hotels charging for parking!

I liked the link between old and new. The building is very old but all the equipment is new.

Breakfast quality and staff behavior in both reception and restaurant was great.

Mattress was too soft to be able to sleep. I had very uncomfortable night and had to check-out next day for another hotel.

Excellent staff who all speak English and went out of their way to help. Very large rooms, great pool and best workout room of any hotel I have been to. Highly recommend

Good location, quiet and good size rooms. I ate in the restaurant twice and the food was good, but the desert (been English here) was a bit stodgy, however the main and the starter were really tasty and as I see I went back a second time to eat there again. In the room it was free wifi, that was a good connection and the breakfast had a good choice in the morning. I only found out on my last morning that I could have had an expresso instead of just filter, do ask for it as it is a good roast they use. Again the food was good and the scrambled egg was very well done and really not from powder. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Also the swimming pool that nobody else used is open until midnight which was fantastic.

The pillows were a bit hard and the shower curtain didn't look great, but did the job I suppose.

1. Location: close to Hauptbahnhof and city center. 2. Rooms: lots of space, comfortable, pleasant view from balcony. 3. Wi-fi: easy to use, worked well. 4. Staff: polite, helpful.

Generell freundliches Personal.

Wir sind von einem superior Zimmer in ein normales Zimmer gewechselt und uns wurde ein Reduzierung des Preises um 20€pro Tag versprochen.An dieses Versprechen wurde sich nicht gehalten wie wir bei näherer Prüfung der Rechnung Zuhause mit Erstaunen feststellen müssten!!

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und kompetent. Das hotel ist sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr einladend. Das Konzept des Collegiums ist genial: Pensionisteheim kombiniert mit Hotel. So werden alte Menschen nicht aus der Gesellschaft ausgeschlossen sondern bleiben eine Teil davon. Die Innenstadt ist nur einige Gehminuten weg, der Hauptbahnhof ebenso.

Das Bistro könnte mehr vegetarische Speisen haben. Aber das Esssen ist sehr gut und die Presie stimmen auch.

Die Architektur ist sehr gut gelungen

Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist am Abend nicht zu finden, da er erst in der Einfahrt ganz klein angezeigt ist. Es gibt keine Minibar im Zimmer. Die Mischung aus Seniorenresidenz und Hotel ist nicht gelungen- das nächste Mal gehen wir wieder für dasselbe Geld in den Königshof. Dort ist es nicht so menschenleer. Den Wänden würde frische Farbe guttun.

Ambiance. De informatie op booking.com mbt de accomodatie ervaar ik als misleidend. Dit "hotel" biedt niet de beleving van een 4- sterren hotel maar die van een verpleeginstelling voor ouderen waar ook ruimte is voor hotelgasten. Daar is opzichzelf niks mis mee, maar dat moet wel duidelijk gecommuniceerd worden.

Die Tatsache, dass das Hotel zur Hälfte aus, wie mir auf Anfrage an der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde, aus "gehobenen" Altenwohnungen besteht. Diese Mitteilung wäre bereits bei Buchung als Information sehr nützlich gewesen,da das gesamt Ambiente des Hotels ansprechend ist wir aber nicht in einem "Teilaltersheim" als Gast wohnen möchten, ergo wir das Hotel nicht ! gebucht hätten. Booking.com wäre angeraten eine entsprechende Information in ihrer Internet- seite anzuführen. Daher keine Empfehlung für das Hotel, außer man kann diesen Sachverhalt bewusst buchen.

Het tweepersoons bed was maar 1.60 mtr. breed en maar 2.00 mtr. lang, het dekbed was te kort, en het kussen te dik.

Het hotel lag op een prima plek tov het centrum. Prima ontvangst bij de receptie. Onze (grote) kamer lag aan de grote binnentuin en het was er rustig. Helaas onze badkleding vergeten, maar anders zeker een duik genomen in het lekkere zwembad. De combinatie wonen voor ouderen en hotel was prima. Uitgebreid ontbijt was ook zeer prettig.

Enige minpuntje vond ik de tussendeuren in de gangen. Deze gaan met een drukknop open en vallen dicht. Dat geeft soms lawaai. Gelukkig was het niet druk in de gang.

zimmermädchen die putzen, bevor das frühstück zu ende ist. 4* aber keine minibar, dafür aber zimmerservice. zimmer hochwertig aber steril und langweilig ausgestattet

L'ampiezza delle camere, completamente arredate.

Prachtige verbouwing van oude klooster in combinatie met zeer mooie en ruime nieuwbouw op een centrale plek in Bonn.Ondanks het drukke spitsverkeer,was het in het gebouw en de binnentuin zeer rustig,zowel overdag als s'avonds ontbijt was ook prima.
