The staff was helpful and the room comfortable. The location is wonderful. One day we requested new sheets on the bed (using the card the hotel provides) and we left a generous tip because of this request, yet we found the used sheets when we returned to the room that evening. |

Our rooms were ready when we arrived at 11am even though check-in was at 3pm. Didnt even need to ask, they just had keys ready. Staff very friendly and helpful. |

The hotel was gorgeous and perfectly located just beside the Hauptbahnhof station and the Dom. The Christmas markets were all nearby as well. The staff at the hotel were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. |

We went for the Cologne Christmas Market and it was in a very good location across from the train station. I would highly recommend it. Beds were extremely comfortable. |

Very friendly hotel staff, lovely room (although a little bit small), nice surprise in a baby cot (children's lullaby book), enjoyed the lounge, which was specially romantic during Christmas time. The walls are really thin (we could easily hear the conversation of our next door neigbours). |

I've stayed in much better Marriott hotels. The breakfast room is overcrowded at weekends and one of the conference rooms is used as an overfolw which is poor. (I had to set my own place setting it was so busy). |

Location close to the centre. Parking under the hotel (25Euro p/day). Very comfortable bed. Executive room was very poor. Nothing in refrigerator. A bath was listed as available but wasn't. Internet only for too much money. It's anyway unbelievable that nowadays in this kind of hotel Internet is not for free as a standard service. Europe is old fashioned in this field. In Asia, Middle east,US and most of other parts in the world are offering always as a standard service. |
