The situation

The staff were very helpful, the amenities were fabulous, and the entire experience was amazing.

It was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.

- Very professional staff - Lovely hotel (deco etc.) - The Breakfast was excellent but a bit too expensive (value for money)

- The showers were too old and not very practical - The spa was good, the gym a bit too small for my personal liking

Staff were amazing and very helpful.

We weren't warned the parking was charged at 14 euros per day

A superb hotel, close enough to walk to the train station but just about inside downtown, with a great friendly staff, and a starred restaurant. One cannot do better in town. Highly recommend. We will be back.

The pool/spa was fabulous.

Traffic patterns have just been changed so it was a bit difficult to get to with GPS.

Rooms were lovely hotel has charm location is fantastic in old town pool and sauna great people wonderful

Weekend nobody serving the spa Dinner was a little too expensive and littel choice

Everything. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the location excellent, the infrastructure and the rooms excellent, very good gastronomique restaurant, a cosy bar with life music and great service , excellent breakfast.

It's a very nice Hotel, with attention full and the breakfast was very good. We liked the swimming pool mainly our little daughter . I will return another day.

1- they made tee little available but without materials ( no tea or coffee bags) 2-when I stained in the same hotel lin July last year very bad and small room with window to the corridor which indicates the hotel is not maintaining one standard.

My family consist of 5 children plus my wife and I . I can honestly say we enjoined our stay in every aspect. It is a beautiful hotel with value for money advantages. Starting with excellent staff with strong comand of English ( friendly and flexible) , spacious were room, and room service was very good.The location is another pleasant advantage.

Room are very nice and the bed is really confortable. Bathroom are really clean but design needs to be revisite. Old, classic style in the lobby is very nice.

For a 4 stars hotel, I was very disappointed with the staff. They mixed up my name and family name and they were not able to find my booking room. Regards to language coverage the staff cover English and German only, for a 4 stars closed to France, no one was speaking French. In the room no booklet other than English were available. Wifi code not provided at our arrival. Service level is not corresponding to some other 4 stars I have already experienced.

Clolombi expectation was high & its ok . Clean quiet rooms and the hotel guests too but for a few italian guest's loud blaw blaw. Its very nice very cozy hotel for stay . Expensive for Freiburg but OK.

Top quallity Hotel of the highest order. Staff both freindlly and effecient. Nothing any trouble,can organise concert bookings, day trips etc. Dinner in restaurant was perfect, and more than matched the rather high price. Friefburg airport was five minute taxi ride away, the main railway station was five minute walk.

Location is good and near to town center

I booked a junior suite as per booking .com the picture shown in the selection categories is of two separate areas one for sitting and the other is the bedroom on checking I was given one room without separated living area I did not want to argue with the hotel staff but feel I paid for better room as per the booking but was cheated either by the hotel or the booking site

Very beautiful hotel. The staff were very helpful and our room was lovely.

Only one small thing for us was Smoking was allowed in the Piano Bar, cigarettes bad enough, but had to leave the room when the cigar smoke made me feel sick. Suppose smoking would be a plus point for other people though.

Restaurant: es ist schon sehr viele Jahre her, dass ich nicht das Menü für 2 Personen essen durfte, nur weil ich alleine war!! Auch nur einen Gang aus diesem Menü (Kabsbries) zu bekommen, wurde als nicht möglich erklärt! Das hätte mich warnen sollen: Das, was dann kam, hatte mit einer "Sterne"-Küche nichts mehr zu tun. Leider. Schön, dass in der Bar noch geraucht werden darf. Aber es wäre noch schöner, würde man die Lüftung daraufhin anpassen, weil für Nichtraucher ist es so ziemlich unerträglich...
