Excellent staff, good service, nice bar and restaurant, room well furnished. I also used the swimming pool. The hotel is close to the main road and the noise from the heavy traffic woke me up at 5am. Suggest take ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

The hotel is a GREAT deal better inside that the exterior would suggest. We were impressed by the design and decor inside. The cuisine and the restaurant (XO) staff was excellent. The acoustics could use some improvement. The conversation carries too all corners. Of the twenty-one hotels in which we stayed, this was the only one which required payment for the use of a computer!

Location good for Frankfurt airport I arrived on a Sunday afternoon for a meeting. There was no chance to get a coffee or snacks and had to plead to get a bottle of water. No restaurant facility on Sunday evening. Bar snacks very poor. Only one English channel on the TV (CNN), WiFi continously dropping out.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Zufriedenstellende Reaktion des Personals bei Reklamationen. Hinweis auf vergünstigte Packages bezüglich Frühstück & Internet. 1. Zimmer: Sokke vom Vorgast 2. Zimmer: 2x Sicherung raus/ Strom weg Frühstück für 17 Euro pro Person - teuer!

Locatie, inpandige parkeergarage en kamers Het restaurant bbleek in het weekend niet open te zijn. Dit stond vast ergens beschreven maar in principe verwacht je dit niet bij een dergelijk hotel. De bar bood overigens wel een beperkte kaart maar dat waren meer snacks
