Just around the corner guests will find the Winterfeldtplatz, a square with cafés and international restaurants. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a also a market held here, which is famous, amongst others, for it's organic and exotic foods.
A further 10 minutes by foot guests will find the Wittenbergplatz square, with the world-famous KaDeWe department store as well as the well-known shopping boulevard, Kurfürstendamm.
Within 20 minutes guests can reach the Potsdamer Platz square, with the new national gallery and the philharmony. Not far from there lies the Reichstag government building as well as the Brandenburg Gate.
There is an extra, one-off charge of EUR 20 to EUR 30 applied to all apartments for final cleaning.
Guests must pay a key deposit of EUR 100 per apartment.

Good location: 5 min walk to an U-Bahn station in otherwise very ethnic neighbourhood.Quiet room(for 4) facing courtyard, otherwise very noisy from above and the street. Internet in rooms a plus. Only staff was not there when we arrived neither on check-out. Shabby decor, old towels. Noise from adjacent apartments. No elevators. Stained carpet. No sitting area in the room. Small tv with no English stations, except bbc and cnn. |

Simple but nice and clean. Close to public transportation. Very helpful and friendly staff. We felt right at home. Busy street can be noisy at times if windows are open. Next door neighbors were chain smokers and we could smell the smoke in our apartment but that is not the fault of the hotel. |

Very clean and safe hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. It was very cheap for what you get. I only have two negatif points; the fact that you can only pay cash and my matras was very old. |

The apartment complex was on walking distance from the centre of Berlin and all important touristic highlights and close by were several nice restaurants The quality of the beds was poor. And of course these house do have wooden floors which makes them quit noisy. |

Está ubicado al lado de la parada de los autobuses M48 y M45 cada 10 minutos que te dejan en el centro de la ciudad. Es un apartamento muy simple pero tiene todo lo necesario: sarten, platos, cubiertos, microondas... y si lo pides secador de pelo. El encargado fue muy amable en todo momento. El mobiliario es muy pobre. Los colchones son muy blandos y la sabana bajera es de material de toalla, no tiene sabana encima, es directamente el edredon. Dudo que tengan cama de matrimonio.No tiene ascensor ni persianas. |

L'hôtel est sympa, calme, très bien situé, les points névralgiques de Berlin sont rapidement accessibles du fait de sa proximité avec le métro u2. Le personnel est très accueillant. |

vriendelijk personeel, locatie is vrij rustig en alle mooie plekken in Berlijn zijn van hier uit via U2 goed te bereiken. Supermartjes en cafeetjes, alles is er. 2 pits fornhuis en koelkast. (neem alleen zelf wel een koekepan mee) Bed was ietwat gedateerd en daardoor niet erg confortabel, net als de kussens. |

Das Apartmenthaus Come 2 Friends befindet sich relativ zentrumsnah im Stadtteil Schöneberg an der lebhaften Potsdamer Straße. U-Bahn und Bus befinden sich ca. Drei Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso lassen sich Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Das zweckmäßig ausgestattete Apartment (1) liegt im Innenhof des Gebäudes. Dusche & wc, Föhn, Pantryküche, tv, wlan und Handtücher gehören zur Standardausstattung des sauberen Zimmers. Zwar sind die Räume hellhörig, aber ich habe während des 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes keinen störenden Lärm bemerkt. Optional erhält man für 5 Euro ein Frühstück, welches ich jedoch nicht getestet habe. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - ganz gemäß dem Namen des Apartmenthauses. Ein Wandregal hing arg schief an der Wand und zudem war manchmal ein Brummen (wahrscheinlich Heizungspumpe) deutlich zu hören. Bei der laut den Gastgebern in den kommenden Monaten anstehenden Renovierung sollen diese Mängel jedoch behoben werden. |

Établissement d'appartement propre et bien centré dans la ville, facile d'accès. Propre et calme. Luminaire défectueux dans le couloir à l'étage, donc sombre et vision nocturne difficile...surtout après les soirées arrosées! Même chose pour l'une des lumière dans la chambre. |
