A reaaly nice hotel with good facillites. They try a bit too hard on the variety of breakfast menu. Less choice and more. Rather than lots of choice but only a few of each item would have meant a breakfast without all the 'odd' flavours. |

spacous clean guest room with a nice bathroom. The hotel staff is very helpful. The swimming pool is not in this hotel, which should cross this hotel to the next hotel, very uncomfortable...and the hotel location is not very good... |

Alles notwendige pragmatisch vorhanden Unklarheit beim Parken: Von der Strasse kommend, bin ich in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Beim Einchecken wurde ich nicht darauf hingewiesen, daß es auch eine kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt, man sagte mir lediglich, die Tiefgarage koste extra - das fand ich nicht ok. |

Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sehr groß. Auch hat uns die Größe des Doppelbettes sehr gefallen. Wir mussten das Hotel leider nacht 2 Nächten verlassen und im benachbarten Holiday Inn für die restlichen 5 Nächte übernachten, da das Best Western renoviert wurde. Und die Zimmer im Holiday Inn waren um einiges kleiner. Auch das Doppel-Bett war extrem schmal. |

wir mussten ins hollyday inn-hotel umziehen, da heizung leicht defekt,klappte reibungslos u. mit gr.komfort eine überdachung zum hotel hollyday inn zum wellnessbereich wäre günstig und müsste auch bekannt gegeben werden,dass sich dieser bereich im benachbarten hotel befindet |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich das ist uns direkt aufgefallen.Weiter so! Für den Preis hätten wir uns das Zimmer noch gemütlicher gewünscht. Im Vergleich zu einem 3 Sterne Hotel in Hamburg hat Hamburg besser abgeschnitten. Dann hätten wir uns gewünscht das das Frühstück im Preis enthalten ist. Das war auch in Hamburg der Fall..... |

Für 10 Euro mehr hat man ein Komfortzimmer angeboten bekommen inkl. Nutzung der Tiefgarage und mit Late-Check-Out. Zudem gab es Gutschein für einen Salat p.P.vom Salatbuffet vom hauseigenen Restaurant. Ganz toller Service Die Zimmertüren knallen sehr laut und es ist sehr hellhörig. |
