Det ligger ikke så langt væk fra lufthavnen. Der forefindes familieværelser. Godt morgen buffet. Venligt personale (måske ikke helt så meget aftenpersonalet i receptionen - dog korrekt)

Automatisk telefonvækning kl. 03.30 uden at være bestilt er ikke lige det man ønsker, men det kan være en fejl eller nogen der har kodet telefonen uden hotellets viden.

The hotel was good, the room had enough space, clean and had a mini bar. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were helpful.

I took a taxi fromthe airport and return to airport which cost me Euro 20.00 to 25.00 for 1 way. I was not sure whether the shuttle was available.

It was close to the airport and convenient to get to airport on time and the staff was helpful regarding the use of the clock and also brought us coffee for early morning as breakfast room wasn't open when we had to leave for the airport.

Staff was not on hand early morning to check out so we paid our bill the evening before we left. We paid in cash which was ok. Also the breakfast room didn't open until 7:00 oclock and we had to be at the airport for 8:35 flight back to America. We didn't get breakfast which we had paid for and didn't understand breakfast room wasn't open early and we could have booked without breakfast. So we paid for breakfast and didn't get it. We will make sure we do things differently if we come to your hotel again. Also was contacted that we didn't pay our bill, which we did but paid in cash. We had Euro's left over wanted to use them and night clerk said it was ok. We would never leave a hotel without paying, but understand you have to check.

Welcoming, comfortable and close to the airport for our trip home. The food was good too, service helpful and friendly.

This hotel is convenient to the Frankfurt Airport. Checkin-pleasant. Restaurant recommendation excellent.

I slept well and felt rested after a long flight. It was clean. The lady at the reception was particularly helpful and went out of her way to help me, when I needed to get to the airport to pick up our vehicle and had trouble contacting the car rental. It was a wonderful welcome to Germany after having been absent for 8 years. Thank you verry much. I appreciated that.

The restaurant was not staffed very well. The food selections were limited. The transportation to the Hotel was not to our liking. One vehicle was not big enough for our luggage. We had to take two Taxies. We traveled with 4 adults and one baby.

Convenient to Frankfurt airport, comfortable, clean room.

Breakfast didn't begin until 7, which is late for a hotel that is catering to airport business. Light sleepers might find it difficult to get a good night's rest here given the proximity to the airport and air traffic, which was noisy most of the night.

It is convieient - good proximity to the Frankfurt International Airport so you are not rushed in the morning of you flight. They also have a good breakfast buffet. Other than that it is nothing special, just another room for the night prior to a long airline flight.

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff in hotel breakfast room.

Clean room, close proximity to airport.

Bathroom was odd with faucet turning on only with hand sensor, a towel mistakenly got in the way and soaked the towel and a toilet kit. We ended up with soaking wet luggage going home. Slow service at the restaurant. Food was average. Breakfast was top notch. Service at breakfast was excellent.

The continental breakfast was fantastic!

On the internet, it said shuttle bus available to and from airport, had to pay for taxi to and from.
