Not easy to get there without a car and taxi cost around 22euro to airport

As a family of four we could stay here- value for money - as we travelled on the day after for vacation in the far east! Would like to stay here again!

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel, the main reason to choose this hotel for the 3rd time is the friendliness of the receptionist staff mr mohammed from morocco, he is the right person in the right place, highly recommended for many other reasons such as the location and the price but the excellent manner of mr mohammed was exceptional, all the best.

Close to Frankfurt airport.

The reception person was supposed to be available until 12am, however, we rang several times and no answer. The heat stopped working before we went to sleep and it was quite cold!

The people were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating of any of our requests.

I think they charged my credit card at the beginning and end of my trip. I couldn't change my reservation without calling overseas to the hotel and that is not what the booking agent said when I first booked. We got charged for a day we didn't need, although they did discount it. It was also not as convenient for transportation as we had thought- far to walk and not easy to get there with suitcases from the bus or train station.

The room was clean and nice, the beds comfortable, the manager is very nice person.

Had to go find someone to help me checkout at 07.20 hrs. Bathroom smelled and no place to set shampoo and soap in shower. No washcloths.

Close to the airport, reasonable price.

Very limited amenities. The shower hose had a hole in it when we got to the room. They replaced it, and put ours in another room, that was occupied a bit later.

The staff were very accomodating and freindly. The inclusive breakfast was great, far superior to any anything I have experienced on our road trips both in Canada and the us.

The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

Easy to reach by car from the airport. Excellent italian restaurant nearby (400 m). Free parking. Elevator

It is out of the city, if you don't have a car to move around don't consider this place.

Location was adequate as we needed a hotel close to the airport the day before flying out of Frankfurt.

The hotel was very old and worn. Decorating was poor to say the least. Our room had sketches of naked women and evil looking women/butterfly pictures in it. We had to take the pictures off the walls for the duration of our stay. The room was extremely hot so we had to sleep with the windows open all night which was loud from the street noise. The mattresses were saggy. We had someone try and get into our room in the evening. Thankfully we had locked the door from the inside. Checkout was at 11. Housekeeping came to the room at 8. We said we were not ready because we had later flight. She came back again at 10:15 and said we needed to get out. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Very displeased with this booking that was recommenwd by booking.com.

Der Besitzer, Herr Feger, ist ausgesprochen freundlicher, liebenswürdiger Mensch, einfach nett, Mohammed der Koch ist ebenfalls ein sehr freundlicher "Herzensmensch", er hat mir ein Geschenk für meine Partnerin beschafft (habe ich aus Portugal mit ihm abgesprochen), das marokannische Essen war sehr geschmackvoll, einfach toll in einem marokannischen Ambiente, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit unserem Hündchen, das Hündchen und der Parkplatz waren kostenfrei!!! Jederzeit gerne wieder

O hotel é surpreendentemente bom para o preço que cobra. Ficamos apenas uma noite e queríamos ficar perto do aeroporto, por isso o hotel nos serviu bem. As camas eram super confortáveis e na recepção havia até uma máquina de café/cappuccino/chocolate gratuitos! O funcionário nos indicou um serviço de taxi foi eficaz e super barato. Recomendo se a sua prioridade for proximidade do aeroporto. O restaurante marroquino do hotel é excelente.

Die Betten im Familienzimmer viel zu schmal. Da muss zwangsläufig gekuschelt werden und das ist für eine reisende Männergruppe eher ungeeignet und selbst für Pärchen zu klein.
