Modern quite hotel not far from the city center (U-Bahn station is 5 minutes walking - 5 stops to the city-center). Big underground garage.

Very small kitchens in the apartments. Basic apartment is not very comfort - no design, not good beds, almost no toiletries (even no piece of soap). If you decide to stay in this hotel, try to rent at last Comfort room.

The apartment itself is great, comfortable, good located in quiet district.

1) the internet connection is for money but it is poor - works only for one device (mac address), often has problems with DNS cache. Bad internet as for 21th century 2) very hot blankets 3) there is a laundry room in the basement, but there is poor instruction how to use it. 4) we stayed for 6 nights, and no cleaning was performed during this time. I think it's ok for 2-3 nights but not for 6!

In the city.

No water for 4 hours one day during the stay made the stay with kids very hard! Felt stupid paying for such reckless guest care. Would never recommend except for single people staying outdoors all day. Road noise can be an issue.

Overall the place was good. Gives you a home like feel. Beds are clean and comfortable.Staff was helpful. Location was convenient. Surroundings safe.

The kitchen counter is very compact and a bit inconvenient to work.

Apartment was essential but very clean and comfortable. 5 minutes walking from Giesing station in a very quiet zone also in the night. Maybe not very close to shops, cafè and supermarket

No air conditoion; noisey at night with Windows open

1) Only one key from the room 2) din't find machine with drinks 3) tell your guests that parking on the road is free it is hard to undersrtand it when you arrive at night

beautiful room, clean and confortable. Excellent position, near the underground and the centre. Staff is friendly.

Check in time too late

Very Very bad experience, the staff is very unfrindly. they didnt clean the room after we ask them to do so like 3 or 4 times. if you ask anything they will say we dont know. the room was smell bad. the value for money was very bad. The recption is only avaliable untill 3:00 PM

It is a good location, near city center. Taxi to the center costs 12eur.

Shower always got bathroom wet. Internet did not work on last day of stay. Bed broke as I was packing up.

Hotel located in a peaceful area, building is new, not far from the City centre fully equipped kitchen, flat tv, hairdryer, apartment nicely furnished

The door to access the kitchen opens from inside, therefore opening the fridge is almost impossible when the kitchen door is open

It's nice to have a little kitchen in the room. Useful.

Not much. Perhaps the bathroom is a bit small. An just as a suggestion: a big mirror in the room would have been useful.

I liked the cosy atmosphere of the apartment, the colorful pillows and the design of the room, how everything came together as a whole.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. It has a good location with a big supermarket nearby.

Only one bath, but not a big problem.

It was exactly what it purported itself to be: city apartments. I got EXACTLY what I booked.

The room was very clean and well setup. They are well prepared for late arrivals and everything (internet) was prepared for me.

Location was good near Giesing UBahn, so could get to the centre of town quickly ad easily. Room was clean and well set out, plenty of space for the two of us. It is a residential area but that meant it was quiet, which I appreciated. No problem gettng the key late at night too as automated key collector ws there which was really useful

Feel of a halls of residence, but thats not bad, just to be aware of.

Hotel was extremely well placed for ease of access to Munich city. Bus stop outside hotel, only 1 stop to train stations which are in walking distance. 2 stops on the underground to the city center

Confusion on arrival with room allocation but quickly sorted. We arrived and left while reception open so didn't have any issues that other people describe.

Good day! This hotel is not in conformity with what was promised. First we took a room with better living conditions, but we lived with her two children to a standard room and a request to change the room, we were told that in the improved package includes only the phone! Although we booked the room, pictures of rooms and more with improved usloviyamii we were to compare, because our friends lived in a standard room in the same way as we do, but it is much cheaper. The room was very damp and stank. On the glass was water, in such circumstances, we had to live with two kids! Extra bed is not located, it turned out that we all slept almost the same bed. Now I'm interested in who we compensate for material damage, since we paid a great position, and lived in a lot of cheap rooms in this hotel! This is the worst hotel in which we have to live, what level!

It is very beautiful. Have many place for all company. Need to look the number in the letter from the hotel if you want to have key without staff.
