Convenient location. Nice gift for all guests on Sunday morning (6/12). Housekeeping was quiet near rooms showing "do not disturb" signs. Some key staff had no useful English, despite claiming English was spoken. My German is appallingly poor, but was better than the English of some key members of staff. |

Central location for the old town; a small friendly feeling passed on by staff and the individuality of design in the room. Bathroom fittings very clean and modern. We used this hotel for location reasons not facilities and as the wonderful city of Hannover is on your doorstep a comfortable night's sleep was our priority. This hotel far outweighed any doubts that it was rated with just 3 stars - simply ideal for our stay. |

A very convenient location near the city centre yet quiet and very comfortable with a well appointed room We were informed at the desk that there is no catholic church in Hanover. We had to find out from an Italian restaurant that there is one five minutes walk from the hotel. This is however a very small complaint in a generally very good experience. |

Es war sauber, ruhig (trotz Weihnachtsmarkt vor der Tür), wir haben gut geschlafen, über das Essen kann ich keine Auskunft geben, da wir dort nicht aßen. Das Personal war bemüht. |

Wir fanden unser Zimmer mit dem Badezimmer total klasse. Alles war geräumig und sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir würden dem Hotel auch einen Stern mehr geben. Und dann natürlich die tolle Lage zur Stadt. Immer wieder gerne. |

A szállást elhelyezkedése miatt választottam. Egy nemzetközi találkozón vettem részt és az egyik helyszín 3, a másik 8 perc sétányira volt a szállástól. Központi elhelyezkedése miatt kiválóan alkalmas városnézére. Az interneten 8 EURO per óra áron hirdettek internetet a szálloda közösségi helyiségeiben elérhető módon. A recepción azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy kizárólag a szobából, kizárólag kredit kártyával és 5 órára lehet előfizetni. Mikor érdeklődtem más lehetőségek felől, akkor elég tömör választ kaptam: nincs! |

Mürrischer, aber unkomplizierter Rezeptionsmitarbeiter. Fremde Haare im Waschbecken, Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen muffig und verraucht. Extrem laute Waschmaschine/Trockner für komplette Hotelwäsche auf meiner Etage - ab morgens früh Lärmpegel wie Baulärm. Unerträglich. |
