Good sized & very clean rooms with large windows if it feels hot, and good radiators if you feel cold! The buffet breakfast though simple at first sight is fantastic, generous and varied. Hotel has relaxed informal feel to it. Free public parking readily available outside the hotel for 2hour periods and free most of the weekend. By car, close to Dusseldorf centre, but train is right infront of the door if no car available. Not a tourist area at all, so not many nice restaurants nearby, and not as many english speakers in the area as expected - but this just made the stay more of an adventure. That there are no coffee making facilites in the room. Means that you have to go out for all drinks/food after breakfast as there are no catering facilities at all in the hotel after breakfast. Most reception staff were friendly enough, but the female on our check-out was rather cold, but one out of 5 isn't a big deal! On a curious note,the bedmaking was the strangest I've seen in my life! On arrival,bedding consists of, the mattress cover, a large square pillow at the head of the bed, and a quilt folded into a square in the middle of the bed...it looked like it wasn't made.Only the welcome bag of sweets on the pillow confirmed that the bed was complete & intended to be like this!Odd!?! |

the whole experience was excellent no every thing was fine even when yourselves had not passed on the booking to the hotel there was not a problem and they up graded us for free |

Convenient, clean and reasonably priced. However the listing said there was car parking and also a sauna which do not exist. This is not the hotels fault, but is a disappointment when the listing states this. |

The price is very competitive, the room is just perfect, the breakfast is ok (except the coffee which is really a 'hotel coffee', I.E. very bad :( The coffee ! ;) |

The location was a very important factor for my choosing the Hotel (close to Henkel); the room was ok, enough space for 1 person (I had the single room), clean. 1) I did not like the bad i-net connection in the rooms; it was very very slow I needed to work on my laptop. 2) They didn't have ironing facilities or at least an iron and a board; I needed to urgently find a dry-cleaning and beg them to iron my suit & shirt for the next morning. |

The hotel breakfast area was lovely,sat having a great breakfast eating as much as you like,with a lovely view out looking on to a garden area with a park. I loved everything,it was just a little further away from the town than expected,but the tram was right outside the door and you were in town in about 8 mins,and the lovely reception area and breakfast made up for this. |

As far as I understood the hotel has a new owner and it was recently refurbished. Clean rooms, warm staff, nice location, close to railways Internet works only in lobby, not in rooms. Dirty carpet on the stairs but they were working on changing it. |

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, da direkt davor eine U-Bahn-Station ist, mit der man ohne Umsteigen in die Innenstadt kommt. Wer mit dem Auto nach Düsseldorf anreisen will, aber mangels Umweltplakette nicht in die Innenstadt fahren kann, ist mit diesem Hotel sehr gut beraten. Ausserdem war das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und gut und die Hotelrezeption hat uns sehr gut weiterhelfen können. |

Tienen unos garajes por 5 euros todo el día muy prácticos. El desayuno no estaba mal.Abundante.El metro pasa justo enfrente y se tardan 15 minutos en llegar al centro. Los recepcionistas no hablan apenas ingles, aunque fueron muy amables.Está en un barrio no muy recomendable en mi opinión. |

Nette Mitarbeiter. Alles in Ordnung. Preis / Leistung ok. Direkt an der Endhaltestelle Holthausen. Somit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ganz bequem! Parken ist schlecht. Überall war nur für zwei Stunden frei. Es sollte einen Parkplatz geben. Der war aber abgeschlossen. |
