I haved pre-booked a non smoking room, and received a smoking room. I callede the reception and got another room, but this was still a smoking room, but did not smell of smoke when I was in the room. But during the nigth I was awake many time becaurse the bed smeell of smoke. The next day I talked to the reception and I got a non smoking room. |

I really liked the Hotel in gereral.Breakfast, Room,Servises etc was excellent.The only thing was the first day rates.It was expensive.I would love to stay again in this hotel. |

Clean and convenient. No hot drink facilities and only one easy chair. Way below British 3* facilities. Very little room space. |

Convenient for the ICC and transport routes elsewhere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection. Poor ventilation making it hot and stuffy in the room. No fans or air conditioning. Not enough english TV channels. No tea/coffee making facilities. Wireless internet in room rarely worked properly. |

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut nur schade dass die 7. Etage aus Platzgründen für den Frühstücksraum nicht mehr ausreicht, da der Blick über die Dächer von Berlin sehr schön ist. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und durch die gute Anbindung mit der U2 war die Auswahl optimal. Keine Freizeit- oder Erholungsmöglichkeiten im Hotel z.Bsp.: Sauna Pool |

Very friendly and helpful reception, pretty close to city centre and Subway station, very good breakfast and very clean. Reasonable priced safe underground parking. wish the rooms would be bigger |

La disponibilità dello staff e la pulizia della camera Per una svista dell'operatore alla reception ci è stato comunicato che la nostra prenotazione era stata cancellata poichè non eravamo arrivati entro le ore 18. Tuttavia un ulteriore controllo ha dimostrato che avevamo lasciato il numero di carta di credito e ci è stata assegnata la stanza |
