I enjoyed the design of the hotel and the hotel's facilities. I liked also the staff's friendliness and their excellent command of English. The breakfast is another strong point of this hotel : very varied.

I appreciate the "small single rooms" too small. There is barely enough room to unpack a medium sized piece of luggage.

Quick check in/out. Very good and friendly service at reception. Excellent location. Quiet. Perfect choice for short stay. Will definitely return!

Tiny room but remarkably well designed. Not an inch of wasted space. Very well situated and excellent value for money

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location, a few meters away from central station gives excellent connection to public transportation. Very nice lighting system, allowing to choose variations of white, orange or blue light, depending on the mood.

The room was really small, but it was advertised as a "small single room", so it's OK. I found the heating system a bit noisy, and the light too dim.

Excellent hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Room was well furnished and clean. Very conveniently situated for the main rail station and all city public transport. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free access to internet useful.

Breakfast room too small.

The service was excellent at the hotel. They allowed my son to keep his suitcase there for 2 weeks until he checked in. The staff was wonderful. They all spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was great! I also liked the fact that the hotel was right across the street from the train station.

I found the room to be quite small considering the price. Also, the neighborhood is a little sketchy. There's strip clubs and a "red light" area very near the hotel. Also, I saw quite a few homeless people and even drug users in the neighborhood.

Just to fill in te gap, I would say it is not appropiate for a family travelling with children, not for the hotel itself but for the area where it is located : sex shops and prostitution in the backstreets. However I never felt unsecure in the area.

Location: In Frankfurt City, close to main railway station (Hauptbahnhof), 10 minutes from Frankfurt Airport by S-Bahn (subway). We booked a 3-person room, which included a queen-size bed and a big sofabed for our 2 children. Did not pay extra. Breakfast was included, but we had to skip that because we had to catch an early flight. Wifi was included too. Room was quiet. Friendly staff gave good recommendation for dinner.
