This hotel is perfect, luxurious with spacious, clean, modern rooms. My husband and I booked this hotel with high expectations and we were not disappointed. This hotel is well-priced and situated at a major public transportation hub with easily accessible public bus stops that go directly to Tegel airport for <2 euros / person (M109 stops at the same corner as the hotel; X9, I believe, stops at Zoo. Garten 2 blocks away - both buses take you to the airport in <30 minutes). Unlike many other 4-/5-star hotels in Berlin, Concorde has many cafes/restaurants just steps away and key amenties are free (including in-room wi-fi / ethernet and fitness center access, including a small sauna/steam spa area). Absolutely nothing to dislike! Just a FYI, there is no in-room coffee/tea station, but there are lots of cafes nearby (inc. Starbucks, which takes <2 min. walk if you cut through the Karstadt shop).

Th personnel wasn't very helful. The wifi didn't work in my room and they did nothing about it. Also roomservice brought me a dish that had broken glass in it, and they still charged it on my bill. All and all, somewhat disappointing experience.

A quite new hotel. Very good location, right in the heart of the "City West". Very quiet and spacious rooms. Bathroom has both a shower and a bath. Good - although expensive - breakfast. Perfect for a stay where comfort, efficiency, a good bed are more important than the look of the place. It is a very modern hotel but has no particular charm at all. Long corridors. Has the feel of a business hotel - meeting rooms for seminars, etc. It is the kind of place that in a few years will look dated and show wear, without being able to "compensate" by its splendid architecture or other features.

Location is very good: just next to Ku'damm (~50 m) yet not on the main street which means it is quieter. It is very much accessible as it is 10 mins walking from Zoologische Garten station. There is a Vapiano (Italian chain) just next to the entrance which might be convenient (it was for us) Rooms: spacious, well designed, nice colors and wood. Bathroom is really big and nice with separated shower and toilet cabins and bath in the main area. Good selection of TV channels. Free Wi-Fi internet with decent speed. Staff: very nice and helpful. Lobby bar: very good espresso! I had two in a row. To sum things up: very very good!, we strongly recommend it By default, there are not tea amenities in rooms. I called the hotel and they arranged a tea kettle and mugs. We usually bring our own tea but in this case we had to.

I really can only say Kudos to this hotel. Everything was impeccable, the service, the staff, the large room, it was simply perfect in all aspects. Moreover, there was a promotion so even the price was very reasonable (111 per night for a double room). I took the option of breakfast (24 euros) and it was worth every euro: very abundant, everything fresh. Highly recommended if you want to be sure not to be dissapointed!

We got a free upgrade on arrival, which was fantastic, and the room was huge! The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the hotel itself is smart, upmarket and clean, with minimalistic decor. We had the 30Euro per night bonus voucher, which meant that 30e got knocked of your restuarant/bar bill each night you were there, which was great and menat we could afford to eat at the slightly pricy restuarant in the hotel one night, and treat ourselves to champagne etc (we were celebrating a birthday). We liked the gym and wellness centre, which has a plunge pool, sauna and steam room, and is great to use in the winter whwn it is so cold outside. They suggest you don't wear swimwear, which I wasnt too comfy with, but we were alone in there, so that was ok! It is in a great location, with the Kurfurstendamm U that takes you across into East Berlin right outside, and the Zoo S-Bahn a 5 minute walk away, and loads of shops and sights on your doorstep. It is in a busy shopping district, but still has lots of smaller quieter streets around so you can find cosy bars and restuarants for a drink in the evening or food in the day. We didn't like the pillows on the beds, but discovered on the last night there is actually a pillow menu that you can request - so housekeeping will provide any type of pillow you want! The aircon was a bit too loud for me, i had to turn it off at night, but the rooms were pretty warm anyway. Don't forget to use your voucher if you have it when you stay - it doesn't roll over to the next day, and is easy to forget to use as they don't give you a pyhsical voucher, they just knock the money off at the end when you check out.

Overall :This is a great hotel. Rooms: the design is special, i.e.it does not feel like an ordinary (even if luxurious) room. It is a matter of taste but I find it relaxing and very very cozy. The bathroom is just great, with separated shower and bath, i.e if you want shower you don't have to climb. Internet is free and works well, easy to connect to. Espresso is THE BEST in Berlin. It comes at a cost but worth it. Location is perfect: 50m from KuDamm but on inner street so it is not noisy. Same distance to U-Bahn and 10 mins waking from Zoologische Garten Bahnhof, which makes it very easy to arrive to. We enjoyed it very much. One pitfall is that rooms, by default, do not have tea amenities. Just call and ask for the tea kettle and cups. I do that (every time) and they arrange it straight away. The only thing then is that you should bring your own tea. KaDeWe has a very good choice of tea, you can buy it there (or any other supermarket for that matter)

I pretty much loved almost everything about the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everyone that we encountered throughout the hotel said hello with a smile on their face. The room was probably the most spacious room I've seen while being in Europe, and that's saying a lot. I've stayed at the Hilton and the Marriott, but this hotel had so much space I couldn't believe it!! The location is absolutely perfect for shopping. The metro is a 2 minute walk and it takes you everywhere. The breakfast was extremely too expensive. Instead of paying 28 euro for breakfast we just walked across the street to McDonald's and got breakfast there for 7 euro.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the most striking feature was the staff. All members of the staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and easy on the eyes. Beyond that, the rooms and facilities are excellent. A bit pricey in the lounge and resto but that's to be expected. It is quite easy to eat and drink more affordably elsewhere nearby.
