Приветливый персонал, во всем отеле. Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту не только в номере, но и во всем отеле. Очень удобное расположение. Отель находится в самом центре, рядом достопримечательности и магазины. |

Мое пребывание было оч кратким - 1 ночь, мне понравилось все, чуть больше по площади ожидала номер, согласно описанию, но на 1-2 чел вполне достаточно, с доп кроватью, я бы не рекомендовала. |

Now that's what I'm talking about! Proper 5 star service all the way. Can't fault the staff. Extremely curtious, well done to the management. Brilliant location, huge stylish rooms, separate shower & bathtub and even 2 sinks. Breakfast simply the best I've had. Brilliant Italian restaurant directly underneath the hotel (Vapiano). Could do with a stronger airconditioning unit. |

it's nice designed luxury hotel has quite large room. The staff are basically educated. (and many of bellboys are cute!) (I really want to say sorry for the bellboys because i sometimes forgot to give them tip! because we don't have that custom in my country) it's little far from the sightseeing places,, |

Everything was excellent - staff; comfort; cleanliness; size of rooms; internet capabilities; location; and breakfast. The staff was the most professional, detailed oriented, informed and charming that one could wish for. While all the people at the Concierge Desk were competent, Sam Ndiaye was very helpful, with information, even before we arrived and during our stay. We found nothing lacking at the Hotel Concorde Berlin- it was a wonderful experience! |

Nice hotel with spacious rooms, very good and kind staff, perfect location next to the city centre. Free high speed internet and business room facilities are offered. Minibar goods are too expensive. A water bottle of 0,5l costs 5 euro!!! Bathroom needs improvements, some important facilities for a 5 star hotel are missing. Vasin bench is placed too high (probably for people above 2m height). There are no shelves and handles in the shower. |
