Hotel Concorde Berlin  

Hotel Concorde konum olarak mükemmel.Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve ilgili.Temizlik ve tasarımlar çok iyi.Bundan sonra Berlin'e gidişlerimizde kalacağımız tek yer Concorde Otel.Herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Şehrin en merkezi bölgelerinden birinde, metroya çok yakın, geniş ferah kullanışlı odaları var. Otel genel anlamda konforlu , rahat ve güvenli. Kapıdaki Türk görevli son derece yardımcı ve kibar bir çalışan. Son olarak KaDeWe Mağazasına çok yakın konumda.

Yazmaya değer bir olumsuzluk görmedim.

Al couples upgraded to executive rooms

Asked conciërge upfront to arrange transportation tot several locations for a group of 10 people. At arrival confrontated with bus wit capacity of 60 Persons. Each short trip (8) normaly about 40 euro's wit cabs cost about 150 euro's with arranged bustransportation from conciërge. No possibility to change this. Totally nog amused, felt abused by situation

It was a lovely hotel, great location just around the corner from all the shops, restaurants and even had a subway across the street which was my fave cant beat a subway for breakfast.. we were offered a great upgrade but with it been €400.00 we decided not to go for it as we wanted to eat out and about. The hardrock is only up the road which we loved. Room service was great and if you paid €27.00 you could get all the movies for 24hrs unlimited which was great so we even had a bed day seen as it was a honeymoon.

When we got the they wanted a deposit if €50.0 per night incase we used any facillites in the hotel they would just take it of you credit card but we did not know this and so didnt have the funds. the hotel were great and sorted it out for us we couldnt have been happier I am only writing this to pre warn people to have the sufficent funds available. Booking.com should update the information about this hotel to reflect this so people know before getting there that they need it.. all in all we had a brilliant time at the hotel.

The free spa and gym of this hotel are wonderful,and also the breakfast.

Central location in kudam (shpping area). Clean and comfertable

No jaccuzi and very few facilities to relax after long days

The staff were superb, the room was very comfortable (any type of pillow is provided!), the location is fantastic - close to trains, buses, tours, shopping, .... the hotel interior is very attractive, the breakfast buffet was the best we have had in any hotel so far. did I say - the staff at the desk, in the bar, in the breakfast room, were all wonderful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a central location close to shops and transport for getting around the city as well as going to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and quiet.

The rooms were excellent and all the staff were so friendly. The breakfasts were marvellous!

Generally, the hotel is well positioned, rooms are well equipped, nearly all the staff are friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Would use this hotel again despite a few minor complaints listed below. Doormen are particularly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Concierge knowledge and hand out information needs to be upgraded. Would prefer suite to be equipped with modern flat screen tv instead of obsolete small outdated tv

This hotel is great choice for travellers. Excellent spacious room, friendly staffs, good for shopping and not vast but quality breakfast. The most important advatage is price per performance! It was really less expensive than other hotels in Europe. Wonderful 5star hotel!

Breakfast is a little bit derivative
