Hotel Concorde Berlin

Now that's what I'm talking about! Proper 5 star service all the way. Can't fault the staff. Extremely curtious, well done to the management. Brilliant location, huge stylish rooms, separate shower & bathtub and even 2 sinks. Breakfast simply the best I've had. Brilliant Italian restaurant directly underneath the hotel (Vapiano).

Could do with a stronger airconditioning unit.

Staff were v friendly, breakfast was excellent. reception kept our suitcases for the day after we had checked out.

it's nice designed luxury hotel has quite large room. The staff are basically educated. (and many of bellboys are cute!) (I really want to say sorry for the bellboys because i sometimes forgot to give them tip! because we don't have that custom in my country)

The overall quality of all aspects of the hotel made my stay quite enjoyable. I look forward to returning.

i like the location, it's easy to reach any attraction by using the underground train nearby.

Everything was excellent - staff; comfort; cleanliness; size of rooms; internet capabilities; location; and breakfast. The staff was the most professional, detailed oriented, informed and charming that one could wish for. While all the people at the Concierge Desk were competent, Sam Ndiaye was very helpful, with information, even before we arrived and during our stay. We found nothing lacking at the Hotel Concorde Berlin- it was a wonderful experience!

Location, ease of parking, quality of fittings, "classyness"

The free internet worked very poorly. Maybe it was a room-specific problem and could have been fixed but I did not pursue it.

proximity to shopping

breakfast closure at 10.30 in weekdays seemed a bit early for my liking. 11.00 would have been more appropriate.

The beds and the bathroom were exellent. The staff was verry helpful and kind. We planned to stay four nights, but we booked five nights more. The hotel is near a metro station and all the good shops. So, we enjoyed our stay verrry much. When we come the next time in Berlin, we will choose this hotel.

Sound proofing of rooms was good but could have been better. We were disturbed on a couple of occasions by noises from neighbouring rooms. Ultimately we asked to change rooms. In this matter the hotel staff were most helpful and sympathetic and responded immediately to our request

Very rich and good breakfast, rooms are modern and confortable, perfect central location with very good transport connections, friendly staff

I was asked to add 10 EUR per nigth to the order rate related to a larger room and early arrival (1230 instead 1400) . Good hotel chains do not charge extras of this type on check inn they just pamper you
