The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean, plus the breakfast was an excellent standard and staff always helpful. Minor issues but the Bathroom was a bit small and no secure place to put luggage after we checked out |

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The location is excellent. Free wireless itnernet would be appreciated. Now they only offer T-mobile´s very expensive connection. There is also no hot dishes available on the breakfast buffet. |

It is my second tour at the Munich Concord. It will always be my primary choice for 2 reasons. First, I value the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is kindly dedicated to help and support the customer. Second, the location of the hotel with a garage parking at the heart of downtown is priceless. |

Does not have lounge, and would not allow me to work with my PC at the breakfast restaurant at noon, whilst it was not used for anything. |

Nothing special. All ok except lift and stairs. Lift is small and has non clear system for task completion (my husband with baby wheal and small baby on the hand has gone to the basement because lift has gone for the staff at first instead of taking my husband to the 1st floor where our room was located. It was really bad because he did not understand that he is on the wrong floor and we had a lot of stress because of this situation. |

its location, being so clean, room very quiet, nice ladies at the desk - very helpful, no room in the bathroom for anything ,not enough english speaking stations on TV no plave even for small suitcase |

Parking in the hotel garage was quite challenging for me. My car could not go up to cradle due to large front part which brushed the ground when I tried. Luckily there were nice people who let me take theirs place which was on normal (flat) ground. Quite cramped too. |

This Hotel is very good located. But this is not a 4 star Hotel. Rooms are very very small even for 1 person and you can hear every noise in other apartments. |

A location was really good. The room was tiny and situated almost on the underground floor. The breakfast was poor. The price for extra bed was extremely big. |

very central but in a quiet street, 2 min from subway stops, very close to center by foot bad smell in bathroom, very small for a supposed 4 stars, morning buffet was in the lobby therefore cold when a group of tourists are loading luggages with the door opened for 10 min. However the price was ok for the confort |
