スーペリアルームをトリプルにしてもらい泊まりましたが、広かったと思います。朝食も、パン・ハム・スクランブルエッグ・シリアル・フルーツなど、私達には十分な内容でした。朝食の飲み物にシャンパンがあったのは驚きでした。

シャワーのみの表示がなかったのがちょっと不満。

チェックイン後部屋に入ったら、髪の毛が落ちていた。エキストラ・ベッドのスプリングが痛かった。

立地もよく、きれいでなかなか良かったです。

支払いで、現地払いと思っていたものがクレジットカード清算しかできず、不満に感じました。（4人で利用し、それぞれが現地清算する事にしていたが、私のカードで4人分の精算をしなければならなくなったため、換金手数料等が余計かかってしまうことになったため）

四つ星なのにバスタブが無かったことが唯一残念であった。

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The location is excellent.

Free wireless itnernet would be appreciated. Now they only offer T-mobile´s very expensive connection. There is also no hot dishes available on the breakfast buffet.

It is my second tour at the Munich Concord. It will always be my primary choice for 2 reasons. First, I value the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is kindly dedicated to help and support the customer. Second, the location of the hotel with a garage parking at the heart of downtown is priceless.

Does not have lounge, and would not allow me to work with my PC at the breakfast restaurant at noon, whilst it was not used for anything.

Nothing special. All ok except lift and stairs.

Lift is small and has non clear system for task completion (my husband with baby wheal and small baby on the hand has gone to the basement because lift has gone for the staff at first instead of taking my husband to the 1st floor where our room was located. It was really bad because he did not understand that he is on the wrong floor and we had a lot of stress because of this situation.

Cleaning of the rooms. The fact they were big. Silence.

Breakfast not inidcated for international guests, especially for italians (heritage of food).

its location, being so clean, room very quiet, nice ladies at the desk - very helpful,

no room in the bathroom for anything ,not enough english speaking stations on TV no plave even for small suitcase
