Our hotel is situated in the heart of Hoyerswerda ( new town district ) just behind the "Lausitzhalle". Hoyerswerda itself is situated halfway between Dresden and the nature reserve Spreewald.

Het hotel ligt vlak bij een groot winkelcentrum. Parkeerplekken volop aanwezig. Kamer was schoon en ruim. Beetje vergane glorie bij de ingang. Veel onkruid en niet onderhouden paden. Hotel is niet hypermodern, beetje jaren 80.

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Essen im Hoteleigenen Restaurant hat uns jedesmal gut geschmeckt und war auch sehr günstig für die Menge, die man serviert bekam!!

Abendessen war ok. Frühstück entsprach 3* Nivau. Die Lage des Hotels war absolut hässlich. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein, insbesondere wenn 4 Nächte geplant waren und die Abreise nach 2 Nächten geschieht, wäre es gut wenn das Personal sich nach dem Grund der früheren Abreise erkundigt.

Персонал очень вежливый. Если захотели пойти в сауну - звонишь администратору - и через 10 мин. можно идти в сауну. В кафе очень вкусно готовят. Цена высокая для такого отеля. Ремонт в номере только в ванной комнате. В сауне - одна сауна не работала. И требуется ремонт в сауне.

Dass auf meine sehr frühe Abreise reagiert wurde und ich statt des Frühstücksbuffets ein Lunchpaket bekommen habe. Kurze Anbindung zur Lausitzhalle; bequemer ging es nicht. Hoyerswerda habe ich nur wegen einer Veranstaltung aufgesucht, deshalb kann ich keine Empfehlung dafür aussprechen, da ich die Stadt nicht kennen gelernt habe.

Alles bestens, gerne wider Die zimmertüre war eine reine Katastrophe!! Ich brauchte jedesmal geschlagene 5 Minuten um das Zimmer zu öffnen, keine Ahnung was das für "Spezial" Schlösser sind. . .

Größe des Zimmers, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet es war sehr warm im Zimmer und bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut, eine Klimaanlage sollte bei dem Anspruch des Hotels "drin" sein,

Als einziges war der Preis für ein angebliches 4* Hotel interessant! Hat jedoch höchstens 3* verdient! Ausstattung schlecht-keine Klima-keine Minibar, Sauberkeit hat 3* Niveau, Internet fehlte, Frühstücksbuffet 3*

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit steht an erster Stelle. Dies bemerkt man beim Betreten des Hotels und beim Betreten des Hotelzimmers. Zimmer sind gut gedämmt, man hört keine Geräusche vom Flur oder aus den Nachbarzimmern!!! Die Fenster in der Nacht zu öffnen ist nicht so empfehlenswert, da der Geräuschepegel von der quer verlaufenden Strasse recht hoch sein kann (auch im 3. Stock). Aber mit Ohropax sollte es funktionieren!!! :-)

Frühstücksbufet Beleuchtung im Zimmer zu dunkel, trotz zahlreicher Lampen. Schreibtischbeleuchtung zu dunkel zum Arbeiten. Steckdosen für Laptop am Schreibtisch fehlen, bzw. sollten in der Nähe der Schreibtischlampe sein. Minibar oder Kühlschrank fehlt

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Da gibt es leider vieles.Unfreundlicher Empfang, kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer(bei 4*), Hund im Speiseraum, Lücken beim Frühstückbuffet
