Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff were rude,double room tiny and there was a dreadful smell from the bathroom ventilation system in Room 111. No secure storage for luggage after check out.For a ? 4* very little provided in room. |

Convenience for seeing the areas around the Boudensee and enjoying the Autumn Festival which was taking place. Stepping in and out of the deep bath to shower. Also lack of shelving in the toilet/bathroom for essentials. |

Nice, new, clean hotel. Impressive design. Near to town centre and Swiss border. Very comfortable. WLAN should possibly be included in the price. Rooms could benefit from cooling/air conditioning in the hot summer - noise outside meant windows had to be closed. No hotel/area guide was in the room, which would also be useful - but these are only minor issues :) |

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The hotel had only been open 3 weeks, the lift didnt work so had to walk 4 flights of stairs to go in and out. They didnt have an ironing board, the receptionist english wasn't very good. And the rooms didnt have any air conditioning or fans! |

The room was of a very high quality, not only very clean but modern and so comfortable too. (The pillows were great!) I disliked some of the options at breakfast. I liked the fruit but I wasn't too keen on the scrambled egg, meat and cheese. |

The hotel was announced as 4 stars new hotel. May be due to the fact that the hotel is a really new one, there were no air conditioner, no waste basket, no racks, nothing that confirmed the stars of the hotel, including very miserable breakfast. Moreover, when I booked the hotel nobody tell us that we would be able to pay for the rooms only by cash. |

Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Sehr sauber. Da wir nur eine Nacht übernachtet haben kann nicht allzuviel dazu gesagt werden, aber für unsere Zwecke voll und ganz zufriedenstellend. |

Le personnel est aimable. Les chambres sont agréablement confortables et très propres. Bonne insonorisation (notre chambre au premier étage donnait sur la rue principale, mais nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit!). Le buffet du petit-déjeûner est copieux et fourni. Parking dans l'impasse ou dans la cour derrière l'hôtel. |
