The bed and linen smelled fresh. The breakfast had varied selection. I am allergic to gluten and am a vegetaran. The breakfast we received had selections as in cereals and fruits for me. It is situated in quiet neighbourhood of Mainz, about 10 mins of walk from Mainz Train station. It is an uphill climb, so if you decide to walk from train station with your luggage be prepared to pull your strength. The wi-fi did not work occassionally. Had hard time loging on to my email accounts.

The staff is impecable, the breakfast is really good. The rooms are very clean and well furnished for a long/medium stay. The carpet on the floor (although it was super clean). The access to the floors is a bit confusing.

The staff in the morning were very helpful.Rooms were clean. The man at the reception when we arrived was not so helpful.Our room was not prepared for four people as booked.He then argued with us and insisted that we should have booked two rooms until he pulled out the booking and found that the room should have being for 4.He then said that he could do nothing more than give us the bedding and we had to set it up ourselves. He was also very unaccomadating and not friendly.

Large double room...nice deco, spotless. Bathroom large with bidet. large flat screen TV. Very good attached Italian restaurant. Excellent breakfast buffet in lovely breakfast room. Free parking. Quiet location. Difficult to find....Wallstrasse parallel to Bahnhof station...up hill in a residential neighborhood...different but nice.

The room that we booked for 3 person is big and nice. The breakfast is good. A young guy that work there is really friendly and helpful. The location is not so near with the train station. Have to walk At least 15 to 25 minutes from the train station. I suggest that you can take the taxi to reach the hotel and only cost 8 euros. The cup , spoon in the room is not clean. Please wash it before you use it.
