Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The breakfast The hotel is advertising as 4 star hotel but it looks like no more than 2.5 star. Very disappointing. The distance from hotel to Railway station is 10 min but in the opposite direction (up hill) is 30 min. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, trotzdem durch die Hanglage sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer lief sehr laut und das störte nachts etwas. |

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijtbuffet. In eerdere beoordelingen stond dat de bedden te zacht zouden zijn. Onze ervaring is anders: prima bedden! En verder lekker rustig en gratis parking. |

Das Zimmer entsprach eher einem kleinen Apartment, d.h. kleine Küche Kühlschrank, Küchentheke im Vorraum mit Sofa, Fernseher und Schreibtisch. Super Frühstücksbuffet!!!! Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der geräumigen Tiefgarage!!! Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine im Apartment |

Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Das daneben liegende (mit direktem Zugang aus dem Hotel) italienische Restaurant hat eine excellente Küche. Die Einrichtung und vor allem die Wandverkleidungen haben den Charme einer Pizzeria der 70-er Jahre. Schlichte glatte, in Pastelltönen gestrichene Wände und hellerer Fußbodenbeläge würden zur Aufwertung beitragen. |

Wir haben ein Konzert in der Phoenix-Halle besucht und konnten diese in Kürze erreichen und schätzten gleichzeitig die Nähe zur Innenstadt.Das Frühstück war auch sehr zufriedenstellend. |

Wir kamen mit dem auto gegen 12:00 Uhr und konnten schon unser Zimmer belegen.Die Möglichkeit das Auto kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage zu parken ist prima. Leider war der AufzugvomGaragendeck defekt sodass man das Gepäck uber die Treppen tragen musste. |
