Friendly staff, great location (right in front of the main train station), clean room

In 201, it is a shame to charge guest 4.50 Euros for 1-hour access to the Internet when you can grab a free one just a few meters away from the hotel. No fridge in the room, poor choice for breakfast (the juices consisted of water with powder). This is not what you should expect from a 4-star hotel.

There were no fridge in the room.

My little single room was plain but clean and quiet. It suited my purpose. I was surprised to find a new and quite nice sauna in the hotel. The (included) breakfast was nicely done if a bit modest. Altogether a good value at a good location for me, right across from the train station.

Great location, right across the street from the train station. Reasonable buffet breakfast. Decent value for your money.

Room was much smaller than I expected, but very clean. The heather was working but I still found the room a bit cold.

Staff only moderately knowledgeable about area near but outside the city. They did seem to know a lot about Munster itself. Should have free wifi or at leastmore moderately priced.

Location, easy access to different part of the city.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly across from the main train station. The breakfest buffet is good. Friday night was a little loud when everyone was going past the hotel to the train, but if you want a central and convenient location, it is to be expected.

The staff were very courteous and very helpful with everything, the evening food menu although limited in choice was excellent in service, quality and portion size !. The Breakfast was extremely enjoyable and plentiful. Nothing seemed to be a problem

Closeness and convenience for train station and local bus services, minimal distance to walk from public transport with luggage. Central location to city centre for shopping and Christmas markets.

Difficulty in obtaining iced drinking water for my room. No where to keep bought bottled water cold in the room. Breakfast was extremely busy and crowded as the bistro was open to none residence also.

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Für Bahnreisende aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Bahnhof gut geeignet.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet. Unangenehme Geruchsentwicklung aus dem Badezimmer. Sehr kleiner und alter Röhrenfernseher, keine Minibar, kein Trinkglas auf dem Zimmer (außer das Glas zum Zähne putzen). Sehr laute Geräuschkulisse wg. Bahnhofsnähe (aber weniger die Züge störten, als die laut gröhlenden Menschen bis morgens 4:00 Uhr). Mag sein, dass Zimmer, die in Richtung Altstadt liegen, ruhiger sind, mein Zimmer (918) lag leider seitlich zur Bahnhofsseite. Keine Klimaanlage. Der Fahrstuhl fuhr nur bis zur 8. Etage, Zimmer im 9. Stock sind dann nur über die Treppe vom 8. Stockwerk aus zu erreichen - für gehbehinderte Menschen daher eher ungeeignet.Im Briefkopf der Hotel-Rechnung steht "Komfort-Hotel" - von richtigem "Komfort" habe ich in diesem Hotel definitiv nichts gespürt!
