Friendly staff, great location (right in front of the main train station), clean room

In 201, it is a shame to charge guest 4.50 Euros for 1-hour access to the Internet when you can grab a free one just a few meters away from the hotel. No fridge in the room, poor choice for breakfast (the juices consisted of water with powder). This is not what you should expect from a 4-star hotel.

We are a couple from nz and very well travelled. We found this hotel to be as advertised, the staff very helpful and freindly. The "inclusive" breakfast was very much appreciated, great selection and quality. The Cafe however after breakfast service was disappointing from the respect of lunch / evening selection availability and must say the items served were not good value from a quality / presentation point of view. But that must not put off future cleintel as there are plenty of eateries in the vacinity of the hotel.

Excellent location for travelling by train and shopping and christmasmarkets as well. Beautiful room and very friendly staff.

Breakfastroom somewhat overcrowded. No lounge with comfortable chairs for a drink in the evening.

Just opposite the train station and close to city centre. Had a large quiet room. Good breakfast. Friendly courteous staff. Excellent value.

The hotel is clean, fairly modern and well maintained. The restaurant food is of German quality, so no problems there. The room was somewhat small, but clean. The beds are good (!): long and hard enough.

Though well built & insulated, the city noise at night can be quite overwhelming. The hotel is located across the square with the main railway station and alongside a very busy road - some rooms are actually supplied with complementary ear plugs . .

Parking - In the parking of this hotel you can fit about 10 cars, is very limited in space, is outside, at night surrounded by a number of drank people. Not worth 9euro, I would not take it even for free. Breakfast is very poor. It is just outside the train station, very noisy. If you have problems do not expect receptionist to help you they are rude and have no idea what customer service means. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel

Conveniently situated between railway station and old town. Parking facility works. Good bar.

If you like sleeping with the window open, you must choose either an open window or sleep. The street outside has all-night parties.

Affordable hotel in the centre of Munster. Nice room, nice bathroom. Great service: When we said we wouldn't make it in time for breakfast, she offered that our breakfast was sent to our room (free of charge) and at any time we preferred. When we asked for advice, she wrote things on a map that we could do. We did all of them and she was right!

The rooms were supposed to be sound-proof, but they weren't at all. Also the curtains were too light for me, but with earplugs and a sleepmask I would certainly sleep here again.

friendly welcome in hotel (friendly staff and a welcome drink was offered) and the location, opposite of the train station, a short walk from the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the conference hall (this was a business trip)

Für Bahnreisende ideale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Auch die Raucherzimmer sind top gepflegt und sauber.

Sehr einfaches, einfallsloses Frühstück.

-Lage dierekt am Bahnhof -freundliche Mitarbeiter -habe ein umfangreiches Lunchpaket bekommen, weil ich wg. Sehr früher Abreise das Frühstück nicht nehmen konnte.

-Einrichtung hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich -Zimmer recht ungemütlich (großes Deckenlicht war mit kleiner Nachttischleuchte zusammengeschaltet, man konnte also nur gleißend hell oder ganz dunkel wählen, habe daher erstmal die Glühbirnen der Deckenlampe rausgeschraubt.
